Claims (12)
- 차음재에 있어서,섬유로 이루어진 섬유재층과;상기 섬유재층의 하부에 부착되며, 합성수지 및 충전제의 혼합물로 이루어진 차음재층과;상기 섬유재층의 표면에 적층되는 PVC로 이루어진 코팅층과;상기 차음재층의 하면에 적층되는 펠트층과 폴레우레탄폼층중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차음재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 섬유재층은 나일론사, 폴리프로필렌사 및 폴리에스터사 중 어느 하나로 이루어진 카펫트, 펠트 및 부직포 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 차음재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 차음재층은, 합성수지로서 10 내지 20 중량%의 폴리에틸렌계수지, 충전제로서 60 내지 80 중량%의 황산바륨과 탄산칼슘 중 적어도 어느 하나를 함유하며, 기타 촉매계열수지 5 내지 10 중량%와 보강재로서 5 내지 10 중량%를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차음재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 차음재층은, 합성수지로서 30 내지 60 중량%의 폴리에틸렌계수지, 충전제로서 40 내지 70 중량%의 황산바륨, 탄산칼슘, 맥반석, 황토, 옥 및 제오라이트 중 적어도 어느 하나를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차음재.

- 차음재의 제조방법에 있어서,합성수지 및 충전제의 혼합물로 이루어진 차음재층을 압출성형하는 단계와;압출되어 이송되는 상기 차음재층의 상면에 섬유로 이루어진 섬유재층을 적층하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차음재의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 섬유재층은 나일론사, 폴리프로필렌사 및 폴리에스터사 중 어느 하나로 이루어진 카펫트, 펠트 및 부직포 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 차음재의 제조방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,상기 차음재층은, 합성수지로서 10 내지 20 중량%의 폴리에틸렌계수지, 충전제로서 60 내지 80 중량%의 황산바륨과 탄산칼슘 중 적어도 어느 하나를 함유하며, 기타 촉매계열수지 5 내지 10 중량%와 보강재로서 5 내지 10 중량%를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차음재의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 섬유재층의 표면에 PVC로 이루어진 코팅층을 적층하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차음재의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 차음재층의 하면에 펠트층과 폴리우레탄폼 중 적어도 어느 하나를 적층하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차음재의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 차음재를 소정의 금형내에서 가열가압하여 소정의 형상을 갖도록 성형하는 단계 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차음재의 제조방법.
