Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 전해액이 저장되는 하우징에 내장되는 전기에너지 저장장치에 있어서,격리막에 의해 분리되고 일단에 양극이 돌출되고, 타단에 음극이 돌출되도록 권취되는 전극체;하부면에 접촉면적 확대수단을 갖고 상기 전극체의 양극 및 음극에 각각 연결되는 양극단자 및 음극단자를 갖도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 격리막의 중심보다 상기 양극의 중심이 위쪽에 위치하도록 적층되고, 상기 격리막의 중심보다 상기 음극의 중심이 아래쪽에 위치하도록 적층됨을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 양극단자 및 음극단자는 판 형태로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 접촉면적 확대수단은 전극체와 접촉되는 단자면에 복수개의 요철로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 양극단자 및 음극단자는 상기 돌출된 양극 및 음극에 완전히 접촉되기 위한 판 형태로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 양극단자 및 음극단자와의 접촉면적을 확대하기 위해 돌출된 양극 및 음극상에 각각 형성되는 금속막을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제6 항에 있어서,상기 금속막은 플라즈마 스프레이 또는 아크 스프레이에 의해 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 양극단자 또는 음극단자는 상기 양극 및 음극 집전체와 동일 재질로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 양극단자 및 음극단자와 상기 전극체의 압력을 일정 유지하기 위해 상기 양극단자 및 음극단자와 상기 하우징 사이에 삽입하여 형성되는 압력유지 부재를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제9 항에 있어서,상기 압력유지 부재는 고무패킹으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 양극단자 및 음극단자는 중앙부위에 상기 전해액을 주입하기 위한 주입구와 상기 주입구를 통해 주입되는 전해액의 흐름을 조절하기 위해 상기 양극단자및 음극단자의 하부면에 서로 직교되는 복수개의 홈을 갖도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,복수개의 전극체가 전극체 사이에 삽입된 단자에 의해 전극체의 양극과 인접 전극체의 음극이 접속되도록 상기 하우징 내에 삽입되어 직렬 연결되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 하우징 내에 직렬 삽입된 복수개의 전극체의 단자의 중심에 방폭밸브를 더 추가하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,전극체 사이에 삽입된 판상의 단자에서 전극체와 접속되는 단자의 양쪽면에 접촉면적 확대수단을 구비한 단자를 사용하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
