Claims (5)
- 산업용 폴리에스터 섬유를 제조함에 있어서, 중합촉매로 안티몬 화합물을 폴리머중의 안티몬 금속으로서의 잔존량이 200∼400ppm이 되도록 첨가한 폴리에스터 로우 칩을 고상중합하여 고유점도가 1.00∼1.20이고 수분율이 30ppm 이하인 고상중합 폴리에스터 칩을 제조하고, 이를 290∼300℃의 저온에서 용융하여 폴리머 분산판의 각각의 도관내에 적어도 4개 이상의 유니트를 갖는 스태틱 믹서를 설치한 팩내에서 300 메쉬 이상의 스크린필터를 3매 이상 사용하여 여과한 다음 노즐을 통해 방사한 후, 방출된 필라멘트를 평활제로서 알킬-티오-에스테르와 폴리옥시에틸렌-티오-에스테르가 유제 원액 성분의 50% 이상 함유토록 유제 원액을 사용하여 제조한 10∼30% 농도의 수계 에멀젼 유제를 사용하여 O.P.U. 0.3∼0.8%로 오일링하고, 2000∼3300m/min의 속도로 권취하여 고유점도가 0.95∼1.02이고, 배향도가 40∼90×10-3인 미연신사를 수득한 다음 연속하여 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 폴리에스터 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연신사의 단사 섬도가 2∼5데니어이고 상기 방법이 3단연신에 의한 연신비 조정 단계 및 최종 히트세트 롤러의 온도를 190∼235℃로 조정하여 연속방사연신하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 폴리에스터 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항의 방법에 의해 제조되고, 하기의 조건을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 폴리에스터 섬유:(1) 고유점도(I.V.) : 0.94∼1.00(2) 강도 : 6.5∼9.3g/d(3) 신도 : 11.0∼18.0(4) 비정배향계수(fa) : 0.70∼0.80(5) 수축율 : 4.0∼7.5(6) Mi(Initial Modulus) : 90∼120g/d(7) Mt(Terminal Nokulus) : 5∼70g/d(8) 결정화도 : 40∼51(9) 결정크기 : 36∼45Å
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 연속방사연신하여 권취 하기 직전에 에폭시계 화합물을 섬유 표면에 첨가하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스터 섬유.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항의 산업용 폴리에스터 섬유를 2 플라이로 하여 각각 상연 및 하연을 주어 연사한 후 디핑 열처리하여 제조되고 하기 조건을 동시에 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스터 디프코드.(1) 강도 : 6.3g/d 이상(2) E-S(중간신도+수축율 ): 6.0∼8.0
