Description

고층 주거건물의 제연방법 및 그 장치{The method of fire smoke exclusion of high building for living and apparatus}The method of fire smoke exclusion of high building for living and apparatus}

The present invention blocks smoke generated in the event of a fire in a high-rise residential building, such as a high-rise apartment or high-rise office building, to prevent smoke from spreading throughout the building, and to control the evacuation of a high-rise residential building so that it can be evacuated quickly in case of fire. To the device.

In high-rise residential buildings, which do not have direct stairs, there is a smoke control area composed of special evacuation stairs and an attached room of special evacuation stairs in front of the entrance of the residence. A ventilation system for raising the air pressure of the ventilation area is provided so as not to exit the prepared ventilation area.

Therefore, in case of fire, the air pressure in the smoke control area is kept higher than the air pressure in the residential room where the fire is generated, so that the smoke generated in the fire cannot escape to the evacuation stairs, thereby preventing the smoke from spreading throughout the building. Ensure that people are not choked by smoke and that they have evacuation stairs to evacuate quickly in case of fire.

The fire law stipulates that in the event of a fire, outside air is introduced into the ventilation zone, so that the air pressure in the ventilation zone must be maintained at 50 Pascals (or 5.1 mm head) higher than that in the living room.

Therefore, in a high-rise residential building, if a fire is detected by a fire detector or a smoke detector in case of fire, the air supply blower on the roof automatically operates to supply outside air to the ventilation zones of each floor of the building to provide air pressure in the ventilation zone. 50 Pascal to maintain the air differential pressure than the air pressure for this purpose, it is normally closed, but by installing a dam wave that automatically opens in case of fire to supply the outside air to the ventilation area.

Therefore, when supplying the outside air to each floor through the duct by the air blower installed on the roof, the inlet air pressure is high in the high floor close to the blower, so the opening and closing angle of the opening and closing window (braid) of the damp wave is made small. Air pressure of 50 Pascal is controlled, and the inlet air pressure drops in the ground layer far from the roof. Therefore, the opening and closing angle of the opening and closing window of the damp wave is increased to increase the air inflow rate. The air differential will be adjusted to 50 Pascals.

However, when the outside air flows into the duct by the blower installed on the roof, 50 Pascal air pressure is easily generated in the high floor close to the blower, but in the lower floor far from the blower, air loss is actually 50. There are many difficulties in generating the air pressure differential of Pascal.

In case of supplying outside air to the smoke control facility of each floor through the duct from the roof blower, enough air is supplied to reduce the air pressure by reducing the opening and closing angle of the damp wave opening window (braid) in the high floor near the roof, but through the blower into the duct The inflowing external air leaks into the duct gap during the process, and due to the loss of air pressure due to friction, the lower layer cannot supply sufficient air pressure, so it is not possible to easily generate 50 Pascal air pressure in a fire.

The present invention has been devised to solve this problem in consideration of the fact that the air pressure of the ventilation zone and the air pressure between the residential rooms do not achieve the air pressure higher than the prescribed value when the fire rises on the lower floor of the high rise building.

The present invention relates to a ventilation system that prevents smoke generated during a fire from entering high-rise apartment buildings or high-rise residential buildings such as high-rise apartment buildings, etc., in the event of a fire. It is a ventilation area provided on each floor of the building by sucking the air with the installed blower to supply air so that the difference in air pressure of 50 Pascals is generated than the air pressure in the living room.However, one ventilation fan is installed on the roof of the building. Could not supply air to generate air pressure of 50 Pascals.

In other words, in the high floor near the rooftop blower, air pressure difference of 50 Pascal or more can be generated, and the air pressure of 50 Pascal can be easily controlled by adjusting the opening and closing angle of the dam wave, even if air is introduced from the rooftop blower through the duct. At low floors, far from the blower, the air pressure of 50 Pascals could not be achieved even if the dam wave was fully opened.

The present invention was developed in consideration of the fact that it is impossible to obtain the prescribed air pressure difference between the ventilation area and the housing room at the lower floor. It is to get air differential pressure.

도1 - 본발명의 개략단면도.1-schematic cross-sectional view of the present invention;

The present invention has a blower (11) on the roof, a vertical air supply duct (14) inside the building, each floor of the building is provided with a ventilation area (12), the ventilation area has a ventilation system having a damper (13) openable. And a high-rise residential building in which the damp wave 13 is opened in case of fire and supplies air to the ventilation area 12 in which the outdoor air supplied from the rooftop blower 21 is provided with an evacuation step through the air supply duct 14. In the ventilation method, each blower 21 is installed at the rear of the dam wave 13, which is a ventilation device for each floor of a building, to supply air in the air supply duct 14 to the ventilation area 12 so that the air in the ventilation area 12 It is to maintain a higher air pressure than the living room (16).

In the above, the differential pressure sensor 25 for measuring the air pressure difference between the smoke control area 12 and the housing compartment 16 is provided, and the air pressure difference between the smoke control zone 12 and the housing compartment 16 is set to a preset differential pressure. The blower 21 is configured to operate only when it does not reach, and the air pressure difference between the ventilation area 12 and the living room 16 maintains a preset differential pressure. The opening and closing window (Blade) opening and closing actuator 15 for adjusting the opening and closing angle of the 14) is attached to the dam wave 13 to control the opening and closing window (Blade) opening and closing angle to arbitrarily increase and decrease the blowing amount of the blower (21).

In addition, the amount of blowing is controlled to increase or decrease the amount of blowing arbitrarily because the rotation speed of the motor 22 driving the blower 21 is adjusted.

The present invention configured as described above will act as follows.

When a fire is detected by a fire detector or a smoke detector during a fire, the blower 11 installed on the roof of the building is automatically or manually operated to supply air to the air supply duct 14, and at the same time, the dam wave, which is a smoke control facility of each floor. 13) open and close the blade (14) is opened to supply the outside air to the smoke control area 12 is provided with emergency evacuation stairs on each floor to maintain the air pressure of the smoke control area (12) higher than the air pressure of the housing chamber (16) The smoke of the living room 16 has not been leaked to the smoke control area 12 is provided with the evacuation stairs.

In this conventional smoke control facility, the inlet air supplied from the blower 11 installed on the roof cannot supply sufficient air to the lower floor of the building due to friction loss and air leakage in the air supply duct 14, but as in the present invention. When supplying outside air from the roof blower 11 to the air supply duct 14 but supplying the outside air supplied to the air supply duct 14 to each floor of the building through a blower 21 separately attached to the dam wave 13 of each floor. Since sufficient air flows into (12), it is possible to form a constant air pressure difference between the ventilation area 12 and the living room 16.

In addition, in order to form a more accurate air differential pressure, the differential pressure sensor 25 is installed between the housing chamber 15 and the ventilation zone 12, so that the air differential pressure set by the differential pressure sensor 25 is formed in the ventilation zone 12 is formed. By adjusting the air blowing amount of the blower 21 it is possible to achieve an accurate air differential pressure between the ventilation area 12 and the living room (16).

By controlling the number of revolutions of the motor 22 of the blower 21 to control the amount of air supplied to the smoke control area 12 or by adjusting the opening and closing angle of the blade (14) installed in the damper (13) blower (21) By adjusting the air inflow of the ventilation area 12 and the housing 16 can be formed an accurate air differential pressure.

In the present invention, since the air supplied from the rooftop blower is sufficient in the high floor close to the rooftop, it is installed only in the case of the high floor, but when installed in the middle floor or the lower floor where the air pressure decreases, sufficient air is supplied to the ventilation area. Done.

The present invention supplies air to the ventilation zone 12 of each floor through the duct 14 to the air blower 11 installed on the roof during the fire of the high-rise residential building to give the air pressure of the ventilation zone 12 in which the evacuation stairs are formed. Conventional smoke control equipment that maintains higher than the air pressure in the living room to prevent smoke generated in a fire from coming out of the smoke control area is low floor due to the friction loss and air leakage of air during the inflow of air from the roof through the duct (14) In the case of the air pressure difference between the smoke control area and the living room could not be formed due to insufficient air pressure, but each blower 21 is attached to the back of the dam wave 13 installed in the smoke control area 12 on each floor, When supplying air directly to the ventilation area from the blower (11), it is possible to achieve an accurate air differential pressure between the ventilation area 12 and the living room 16, thereby avoiding the smoke generated in the fire It is a very useful invention to prevent people from suffocating by the evacuation stairs because the entire building is not swept out of the smoke-producing area 12 where the staircase is provided, and the smoke is prevented.
