Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for preventing breakdown of a linear compressor. In the related art, when the intake port of a linear compressor is blocked, the phase difference between the stroke and the current increases, so that the voltage of the capacitor connected to the rear end of the linear compressor increases. A breakdown phenomenon occurs and the linear compressor burns out. Accordingly, the present invention provides a first step of detecting a voltage between both ends of the triac, a second step of comparing the detected voltage with a reference voltage, and a trip for blocking the triac when the detected voltage is greater than the reference voltage. A third step of generating a signal so that breakdown does not occur; and a fourth step of generating a trip signal in a normal state and performing a normal operation when the detected voltage is less than the reference voltage in the second step, It prevents burnout of linear compressor, saves by using low rated triac, and enables simple control without reducing the inductance value of the motor.
Description
The present invention relates to a method for preventing breakdown of a linear compressor to prevent breakdown of the triac during linear compressor operation. In particular, the present invention relates to a method of preventing breakdown of the triac by preventing a breakdown of the triac by tripping just before the voltage between both ends of the triac exceeds a rated voltage. The present invention relates to a method for preventing breakdown of a linear compressor to prevent the compressor from being burned out.
Since the linear compressor is driven by a linear oscillating motor, there is no friction loss because there is no crankshaft that converts rotational movement into linear movement.
Therefore, it is known that the efficiency is better than other compressors.
In addition, when the compressor is used as a refrigerator or an air conditioner, the compression ratio can be varied as the stroke of the motor is varied, which can be used for variable cooling power control.
FIG. 1 is a driving circuit diagram of a conventional linear compressor, and as shown therein, a power supply stage for supplying AC power of 220V and a turn signal according to a trigger signal provided from a microcomputer (not shown) when power is supplied from the power supply terminal. A triac (Tr) that is turned off to allow current to flow into the linear compressor, a linear compressor (10) for adjusting the cooling power by varying the stroke by driving the motor, and is connected between the power supply terminal and the linear compressor (10). And a capacitor (C) which performs a buffering effect to reduce the resistance component of the inductor (L) constituting the linear compressor.
Looking at the prior art configured as described above is as follows.
220V AC power is supplied to the triac (Tr) from the power stage.
When power is supplied to the triac Tr, the AC power is interrupted by a trigger signal provided from a microcomputer (not shown) to control the power applied to the motor of the linear compressor 10.
Then, the stroke (displacement) of the motor can be varied, and thus the compression ratio can be varied.
At this time, the capacitor (C) has a buffering effect of reducing the resistance component of the inductor (L) constituting the linear compressor.
At this time, looking at the relationship between the power supply voltage and the current, as shown in FIG.
For example, if the suction port of the linear compressor 10 is blocked, let's take a look through the suction blocking test.
The mechanical equation of the linear compressor is expressed as the following equation. However, in case of no load
M: piston mass, V: speed, K: spring coefficient, α: motor constant,
I : 모터 유입전류 X : 스트로크(변위)I: Motor Inrush Current X: Stroke (Displacement)
The Laplace transform of the above formula (1) is as follows.
Therefore, the magnitude and phase difference of the linear compressor according to frequency are shown in FIG. 3.
As a result, the phase difference between the stroke X and the current i differs by more than 180 degrees, and the phase difference between the counter electromotive force and the current differs by more than 90 degrees.
As described above, as the difference between the stroke X and the current i is large, unnecessary phase is consumed as the phase difference increases, and the efficiency decreases.
Therefore, clogging the inlet of the linear compressor has a bad result.
However, in the prior art as described above, when the intake port of the linear compressor is blocked, the phase difference between the stroke and the current increases, and the voltage of the capacitor connected to the rear end of the linear compressor increases, thereby causing a breakdown phenomenon in the triac. There is a problem that the linear compressor is burned out.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention for solving the conventional problems as described above is to detect the voltage between the both ends of the triac and to apply a trip just before exceeding the rated voltage so that the breakdown of the triac does not occur. A method for preventing breakdown of a linear compressor is provided.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preventing breakdown of a linear compressor that can achieve a cost reduction effect by using a triac having a low rating.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preventing breakdown of a linear compressor, which provides convenience in use by eliminating the inductance value of the motor in order to prevent breakdown of the triac.

The present invention for achieving the above object is a first step of detecting the voltage between the both ends of the triac, a second step of comparing the detected voltage and the reference voltage detected above, if the detected voltage is greater than the reference voltage triac A third step of generating a trip signal to cut off a circuit so that breakdown does not occur; and a fourth step of generating a trip signal in a steady state when the detected voltage is less than the reference voltage in the second step to perform a normal operation. Characterized in consisting of steps.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for preventing breakdown of the linear compressor according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. In the second step (S21) and the third step (S31) to generate a trip signal for blocking the triac when the detection voltage is greater than the reference voltage to prevent the breakdown occurs, and in the second step When the detection voltage is smaller than the reference voltage, a fourth step S41 is performed to generate a trip signal in a normal state to perform a normal operation.
As described above in detail with reference to Figs. 1 and 4 with respect to the operation and effect of the present invention made of each step as follows.
By this operation, the cooling power of the air conditioner or the refrigerator is adjusted.
(S51)Then, the triac Tr is blocked by the trip signal Trip in the low state (S51).
As the triac Tr is blocked, the breakdown of the triac does not occur, thereby preventing the linear compressor from being burned out.
(S41)In addition, when the detected voltage is lower than the reference voltage in step S21, the gate signal G of the triac Tr is outputted with the trip signal Trip in the steady state so that the triac Tr operates normally. Provided as a terminal. (S41)
(S61)That is, according to the control by the microcomputer, the trip signal Trip of a high or low state is provided to the gate G terminal of the triac Tr, so that the triac Tr conducts or blocks the linear compressor 10. ) To intercept the power supplied to the device.
In other words, continue the normal operation.
As described above, it detects the voltage of the both ends of the triac and cuts the triac to prevent breakdown of the triac before exceeding the rated voltage. To achieve cost savings.
In addition, by detecting the both ends of the triac and conducting or blocking the triac according to the detected voltage, it is not necessary to reduce the inductance (L) value of the motor to prevent the triac breakdown phenomenon, thereby simplifying the control. And provide ease of use.
Therefore, in order to prevent the triac breakdown phenomenon, by preventing the triac by breaking the triac when the voltage at both ends of the triac is higher than the rated voltage in comparison with the rated voltage, the linear compressor is prevented from being burned out, and the rated There is no need to use this high triac, thereby reducing the cost, and there is no need to reduce the inductance value of the motor, thereby simplifying control and providing convenience for use.
