The adhesive sheet according to the present invention has a property suitable for use in heat-resistant microwave ovens by suppressing the whitening phenomenon in which the oligomer in the base film precipitates on the base film due to the thermal shock from the outside.

Description

Heat Resistant Adhesive Sheet

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a heat resistant adhesive sheet, and more particularly, to a heat resistant adhesive sheet used for being attached to a seal plate inside a door of a heat resistant microwave oven.

Conventionally, heat-resistant glass is usually attached to a seal plate inside a door of a microwave oven. However, while heat-resistant glass is a suitable material in terms of heat resistance and transparency, there is a problem that it is too heavy to be attached and used on the door of the microwave oven.

Therefore, a method of using a polymer resin that satisfies all of light weight, heat resistance and transparency as an adhesive sheet has been proposed. As such a polymer resin, a polyester resin is mainly used.

Among the polyester resins, polyethylene terephthalate (hereinafter referred to as PET) was mainly used. PET is a representative polyester resin, which is chemically and physically stable, has high mechanical strength, and is relatively excellent in heat resistance, durability, and chemical resistance. It is widely used as an industrial product.

However, since the transparency of the film is lowered at 120 ° C. or higher, it is unsuitable for a heat-resistant microwave oven having a much higher internal temperature than a general microwave oven. That is, in order to use the adhesive sheet attached to the seal plate inside the door of the heat resistant microwave oven, heat resistance and transparency should be improved more than the adhesive sheets used in the conventional microwave oven.

1 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing the structure of a conventional adhesive sheet, wherein an adhesive layer 12 and a release layer 13 are sequentially formed on a base film 11 made of a polymer resin such as PET. The adhesive layer is usually formed of an acrylic resin, and the release layer is made of a PET resin coated with silicone.

The conventional microwave oven to which the conventional adhesive sheet is applied is repeated when using the PET base film as the adhesive sheet attached to the seal plate inside the door because the internal temperature is within 120 ℃ temperature limit for maintaining the transparency of PET. The transparency was properly maintained even when used, so there was no problem in use. However, in the case of a heat-resistant microwave oven equipped with a heater, since the internal temperature reaches a maximum of 250 ° C. on the center and 200 ° C., the door has a problem of exceeding the heat resistance limit of the film used inside the door.

When the heat resistance limit of the film is exceeded, thermal deformation of the film starts to occur gradually, and after about an hour, the surface becomes cloudy and the transparency drops sharply. This is because of the whitening phenomenon in which low molecular weight oligomers and the like precipitate on the surface of the film by heat in the PET material film.

In addition, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer made of acrylic resin also falls off the adhesive layer when the limit of heat resistance.

The technical problem to be achieved by the present invention is to provide a heat-resistant pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet excellent in the heat resistance and transparency of the PET base film can be suppressed whitening phenomenon at high temperature.

13,23: release layer 24: protective layer

In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, a protective layer formed of an acrylic resin is formed on one surface on a base film made of PET, and an adhesive sheet in which an adhesive layer and a release layer are sequentially formed on the other surface is provided.

Acrylic resin forming the protective layer is transparent, the glass transition temperature is preferably 70 ℃ or more.

Preferably, the thickness of the said protective layer shall be 5-15 micrometers.

The material forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the release layer is not particularly limited as long as it is usually used for such a purpose.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.

Referring to FIG. 2, first, an adhesive layer 22 and a release layer 23 are formed on one surface of a PET base film 21, and a protective layer 24 is formed on the other surface.

Here, as the material for forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, silicone-based or acrylic resins, particularly preferably silicone-based resins are used, and fluorinated PET is preferably used as the release layer.

Here, the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive has an excellent heat resistance compared to the conventional acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive has an advantage that does not easily fall off from the seal plate even when used inside the heat-resistant microwave door.

In the adhesive sheet of the present invention, a mixed solution obtained by dissolving an acrylic resin, a curing agent, and a curing accelerator in a solvent is applied to one surface of a PET base film to form a protective layer, and on the other side, an adhesive layer and a release layer are sequentially formed according to a conventional method. It is manufactured by. Here, as the curing agent and the curing accelerator, conventional materials used for this purpose are used.

The acrylic resin is transparent and preferably has a glass transition temperature of 70 ° C. or higher. If the glass transition temperature is 70 ° C. or lower, a blocking phenomenon occurs between films when the acrylic resin is wound up after coating. This is because the possibility is very high.

Moreover, it is preferable that the thickness of the said protective layer shall be 5-15 micrometers. That is, the thickness is very important in order to form a protective layer of acrylic resin on the PET base film to improve heat resistance and transparency. If the thickness of the protective layer is less than 5㎛, the thermal shock applied from the outside is not sufficiently protected, so that the whitening phenomenon in which the oligomer in the PET film precipitates to the film surface cannot be prevented, whereas if the thickness of the protective layer exceeds 15㎛, it is dried, Not enough hardening and wear resistance is inferior.

Hereinafter, the characteristics of the present invention will be described through Examples and Comparative Examples. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.
