Abstract
The present invention provides a high temperature regenerator and an absorption cold / hot water machine of an absorption type cold / hot water machine, which has long life, high reliability, and energy saving.
The chimney 114 is disposed upstream downstream of the heat exchanger section, causing the fluctuation of the combustion gas flow, thereby speeding up the combustion gas flow rate of the heat exchanger section at a position where the liquid depth of the liquid side flow path is shallow. Further, fins 321 and 421 having a denser pitch are provided on the combustion gas side of the heat exchanger with a deeper heat exchanger than the heat exchanger with a shallower liquid depth. Moreover, the fin 521 is arrange | positioned at the solution side of the deep part of the heat exchange part.
Description
The present invention relates to a high temperature regenerator and an absorption chiller of an absorption chiller.
As a high temperature regenerator of an absorption chiller, there exist some which were described, for example in Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 6-221718. Specifically, the high temperature regenerator forms a liquid chamber for preserving the solution between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder, and the inside of the inner cylinder is a combustion chamber for heating the solution, and communicates with the upper and lower liquid chambers of the inner cylinder downstream of the combustion chamber and intersects with the combustion gas. The solution tube is arranged so that the cross section is flat in the flow direction. Fins are attached to the solution tube, and the heat flux on the solution tube heat transfer surface is equalized.
Lithium bromide aqueous solution (LiBr aqueous solution) heated and boiled in a high temperature regenerator becomes corrosive at high temperatures. In the conventional example as described above, since the flow of the combustion gas passing through the heat transfer tube from the combustion chamber flows uniformly, and the heat flux distribution becomes uniform throughout the heat transfer surface, the heat transfer rate is higher after boiling than by boiling of the lithium bromide aqueous solution. If it becomes large, a problem arises in that the temperature of the heat transfer surface in contact with the solution before boiling rises and corrosion proceeds.
For example, consider an experimental device in which a cross-sectional shape is long in a circular gravity direction, the inside is filled with an aqueous LiBr solution, and the LiBr aqueous solution can freely enter and exit from the top and bottom of the tube. 20 is an experimental result when a uniform heat flux was applied to the tube and the 63% LiBr aqueous solution inside the tube was boiled under an internal pressure of 53.7 kPa. The horizontal axis in FIG. 20 is the temperature difference K between the inner wall temperature and the liquid outlet temperature, and the vertical axis is the length of the tube from the lower end of the tube to the upper end measured. It can be seen from FIG. 20 that the inner wall temperature is not influenced by the magnitude of the heat flux, and the lower part of the tube always shows a higher tendency than the upper part. That is, before and after LiBr aqueous solution starts to boil, the heat transfer rate on the liquid-side heat transfer surface is higher when the liquid depth is shallower than when the liquid depth is deep.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a high temperature regenerator and an absorption cold / hot water machine of an absorption type cold and hot water machine, in which corrosion degradation of the liquid-side heat transfer surface of the high temperature regenerator is alleviated, and thus long life, high reliability, and energy saving can be achieved.

1 is a cutaway perspective view of a high temperature regenerator of an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a vertical cross-sectional view of the high temperature regenerator of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a horizontal cross-sectional view of FIG.
In the drawing, the
The combustion gas from the
As described above, according to the present embodiment, since the chimney is disposed upstream downstream of the solution tube, the combustion gas flows upward and the heat load on the liquid-side heat transfer surface is low at the bottom of the heat transfer tube and high at the top. The temperature distribution on the inner surface of the heat transfer surface can be made uniform, and the corrosion deterioration can be alleviated.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, since the chimney is disposed upstream downstream of the plumbing, the combustion gas flows upward, the amount of combustion gas in the upper portion is large, and the amount of combustion gas in the lower portion is small. Since the heat load in the lower portion of the heat transfer tube is low and high in the upper portion, the temperature distribution on the heat-transfer interfacial liquid side can be made uniform, and the corrosion deterioration can be alleviated.
In the above embodiment, although the fin arrangement inside the tube is dense under the heat transfer tube, the same effect can be obtained by increasing the thickness of the fin toward the bottom of the heat transfer tube or increasing the fin height toward the bottom of the heat transfer tube. The solution of the solution tank 224 at the bottom of the
In addition, the hot water heated in the
According to the present invention, by miniaturizing the high temperature regenerator, the size of the absorption cold / hot water machine can be reduced.
Since the heat load on the liquid contact side heat transfer surface is low at the bottom of the heat transfer tube and high at the top, the temperature distribution in the liquid contact side heat transfer surface can be made uniform. As a result, the corrosion deterioration on the liquid side is alleviated, the life is extended, energy saving and reliability are improved, and thickness and weight can be reduced.
