Abstract

본 발명은 유압식 건설기계의 유압작동기에 적용되는 유압작동기의 방향 및 속도 제어장치에 관한 것으로서, 유압펌프로부터 나온 유체에너지를 운전자에 의한 작업 지시수단 및 작업모드 선택수단의 조작으로부터 신호들을 받은 마이컴을 이용하여 방향절환수단과 유량조절 수단으로 속도 및 방향을 조절함으로써, 종래의 장치에 비하여 상당히 단순하고 범용됨으로써 원가절감 및 신뢰성을 제고할 수 있고, 호환성있게 표준밸브를 사용할 수 있으며, 밸브자체를 개조하여야 하는 것에 비해 보다 다양한 기능을 손쉽게 구현할 수 있고, 또한 부하변동에 따른 속도변화가 없도록 하여 자중에 의한 자연낙하를 효과적으로 방지할 수 있다.

본 발명은 유압장치에 있어서 전자콘트롤러(마이컴)의 도입으로 제반작용을 소프트웨어로 처리하고자 할 경우, 운전자의 작동지시 및 타 요구조건에 따라 콘트롤러를 조정 출력하여 유압작동기의 방향 및 속도를 제어하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 일반적으로, 종래의 유압제어장치에 전자콘트롤러를 도입하여 방향 및 속도제어를 할 경우, 제1도와 같이 전기식 조작장치(10)와 전기신호에 비례한 유압출력을 생성하는 전자유압밸브(20)를 추가하여 장치를 구성하였지만, 이 경우 작동기의 부하압력에 따라 작동기의 속도가 변하여 콘트롤러(30)에서 출력한 요구속도와 달라지기 때문에, 기능의 향상 없이 원가만 상승하고 콘트롤러(30)내에서의 소프트웨어에 의해 자유로운 기능 조정이 어렵게 되는 문제점과, 또한, 상기 제1도에서의 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 제2도와 같이 작동기 부하압력에 따른 속도변화를 방지하기 위하여 유량조절밸브(40)를 추가한 장치가 사용되고 있으나, 종래의 밸브 사양이 더욱 복잡해져서 원가 상승이 되고, 유량조절밸브(40)의 압력강하로 에너지 낭비가 생기며, 자중(自重)이 큰 작동기인 경우 자중에 의한 자유 낙하방지를 효과적으로 방지할 수 없는 또 다른 문제점이 발생되었다.
따라서, 상기 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여, 본 발명에서는 부하변동에 따른 속도변화가 발생하지 않도록 하여 유압장치의 방향 및 속도 제어장치를 제공하는데에 목적이 있다.
이 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에서는, 제3도를 참조하면서 구성 및 동작을 상세히 설명하겠다.
먼저, 제3도의 구성은, 회전수를 검출하기 위한 타코제너레이터, 펄스제너레이터등이 부착된 동력 발생부(도시되지 않음)와, 펌프 사판각 레귤레이타 및 펌프 사판각 검출기(도시되지 않음)를 가지고 유압을 변화시킬 수 있는 가변펌프(1a)를 가진 유압공급부(1)와, 운전자가 유압식 건설기계의 각 유압작동기 선택 및 방향을 결정하기 위해 전기식 조이스틱레버(2a)를 가진 작업지시부(2)와, 운전자가 원하는 작업모드를 선택할 수 있는 전환스위치나 터치센서등을 가진 작업모드 선택부(3)와, 상기 동력발생부로부터의 회전수 검출기 신호입력, 상기 펌프사판각 검출기를 가진 유압펌프(1)로부터의 입력, 상기 작업지시부(2)로부터의 입력 그리고 상기 작업모드 선택부(3)로부터의 선택된 입력신호들을 받아서 방향절환부(6), 유량조절부(7), 및 펌프 사판각 레귤레이타에서의 출력을 소프트웨어적으로 처리하기 위해 마이컴을 이용한 제어부(4)와, 이 제어부(4)로부터 출력신호를 받아서 펌프유량을 선택된 유압작동기(5)들로 송출하기 위한 4개의 단일 솔레노이드밸브(6a,6b,6c,6d)를 가진 방향절환부(6)와, 이 방향절환부(6)에 접속된 비례제어밸브(7b)의 전후의 차압이 일정하도록 해주는 무부하밸브(unloading valve)(7a)와 일정하게 된 차압으로 인해 비례제어밸브(7b)의 입력에만 비례하는 유량만이 통과하도록 해주는 비례제어밸브(7b)를 가진 유량조절부(7)를 포함한다.
상기 실시예의 구성에 따른 본 발명의 작용을 상세히 설명하겠다.
우선, 상기 작업지시부(2) 및 작업모드 선택부(3)로부터 각 유압작동기의 방향 및 속도가 설정되어짐에 따라 필요한 총 펌프유량(Qth)이 제어부(4)로부터 소프트웨어적으로 계산되어 실제 펌프유량(Qreal)과 비교되고, 이때 만약 총 펌프유량(Qth)이 실제 펌프유량(Qreal)보다 큰 경우에는 펌프사판각을 더 크게 하여 유량을 증가시키고, 반면에, 총 펌프유량(Qth)이 실제 펌프유량(Qreal)보다 작은 경우에는 펌프사판각을 감소 시켜서 총 펌프유량(Qth)이 실제 펌프유량(Qreal)과 같도록 제어한다.
한편, 원하는 유압작동기(5)가 움직일 수 있도록 4개의 단일 솔레노이드밸브(6a,6b,6c,6d)로 구성된 방향절환부(6)를 구동시키는데 이때, 만약 유압작동기(5)를 신장시키고자 할 경우에는 단일 솔레노이드밸브(6b,6c)를 제어부(4)로부터의 제어신호로서 오프(off)시키고, 나머지 단일 솔레노이드밸브(6a,6d)를 온(on)시키는 반면에, 수축시키고자 할 경우에는 단일 솔레노이드밸브(6a,6d)를 오프 시키고, 나머지 단일 솔레노이드밸브(6b,6c)를 제어부(4)로부터의 제어신호로서 온 시켜서 상기 유압작동기(5)의 방향을 결정한다.
이와 동시에, 원하는 유량제어를 하기 위한 압력유량관계식 Q=CA √(ΔP) (Q는 유량, C는 유량계수, A는 개구면적, ΔP는 압력증가분)로부터 유량은 개구면적 A에 비례하기 때문에 무부하 밸브(7a)를 통하여 비례제어밸브(7b)의 입구측과 출구측의 압력은 일정하게 유지될 수 있어 요구되는 유량이 제어되므로 유압작동기의 방향 및 속도제어가 된다.
이상과 같은 본 발명의 제어장치는 방향절환부(6)와 속도 조절을 유량조절부(7)로 분리하여 각각의 역할을 독립시킴으로써 종래 장치에 비하여 상당히 단순화, 범용화될 수 있고, 상기 제어부(4)의 소프트웨어에 의해서 작동기의 작동방법을 다양하게 구현할 수 있고, 또한 상기 유량조절부(7)를 방향절환부(6)의 하류(펌프로부터 상대적으로 더 멀리 떨어진 곳)에 설치하여 자중에 의한 자연낙하 방지와 속도조절기능을 동시에 수행함으로써 불필요한 압력강하를 줄여 연료를 절감 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 유체에너지를 기계적인 에너지로 바꾸어주는 유압작동기와, 상기 유압작동기의 작동방향 및 작동속도를 지시하기 위한 전기적인 작동지시수단과, 상기 작동지시수단으로 부터의 입력신호에 따라 제어되어 유압을 발생시키기 위한 유압공급수단과, 유압작동기를 선택하여 작업을 하기 위한 작업모드 선택수단과, 상기 작동지시수단과 작업모드 선택수단에 의한 신호들로서 소프트웨어적으로 유량의 방향 및 속도를 제어하기 위해 마이컴이 사용된 제어수단과, 상기 제어수단에 의해 유압작동기를 신장 및 수축하기 위해 전기적인 온, 오프 신호로 방향절환을 하되, 상기 제어수단으로부터의 신호에 따라 각각 독립적으로 작동되어지는 제 1, 2, 3, 4 방향제어밸브가 서로 직렬로 연결루프를 구성하는 방향절환수단과, 상기 방향절환수단으로부터 제공되는 소정의 전기적인 신호를 받아 상기 방향절환수단에 접속된 비례제어밸브의 전후의 차압이 일정하도록 해주는 무부하 밸브와 그 일정하게 된 차압으로 인해 비례제어밸브의 입력에만 비례하는 유량만이 통과하도록 해주는 비례제어밸브를 구비하여 유량을 조절함으로써 유압작동기의 속도를 조절하기 위한 유량조절수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압작동기의 방향 및 속도 제어 장치.
