Abstract
본 고안은 연마기의 각각의 지름이 다른 숫돌의 드레싱시에 각각의 크기에 맞춰 드레셔의 지그를 교환할 필요없이 높이를 조절하여 드레싱작업을 할 수 있도록 한 드레싱 홀더의 구조에 관한 것으로, 종래의 구조는 드레셔(7)를 고정하는 홀더(1)의 삽입구멍(2)이 1개밖에 형성되어있지 않으므로 각각의 지름이 다른 연마 휠의 드레싱시 여러개의 홀더(1)를 준비해야 하므로 작업자의 작업능률을 저하시키는 문제가 야기 되었던 바, 본 고안은 홀더(10)의 수직면에 상·하로 다수개의 삽입구멍(11)을 형성하고, 상기 삽입구멍(11)들의 측면에 각각 볼트구멍(12)을 형성하며, 수평면 후방에 볼트구멍(13)을 형성한 것을 특징으로하는 드레싱 홀더의 구조를 제공하여 지름이 각기 다른 연마 휠의 연마시 일일이 홀더를 교체해야하는 번거러움을 방지하여 작업자의 작업효율을 증가시킬 수 있는유용한 고안이다.The present invention relates to a structure of a dressing holder in which the diameter of each grinding machine can be dressing by adjusting the height without having to change the dresser jig according to the size when dressing a different grindstone. 일반적으로 널리 사용되는 연마기는 거의 대부분이 석재의 연마휠을 사용하는 것으로 연마휠은 장시간 사용할 때 수직, 수평면에 요철부가 생겨 공작물의 연마시 정밀연마를 할 수 없으므로, 드레셔를 사용하여 상기 연마휠의 수직·수평면을 정밀 드레싱하는 것으로, 종래의 구조는 제 1도에서 나타낸 바와 같이, 직각 절곡한 홀더(1)의 수직면 상부에 삽입구멍(2)을 형성하고, 삽입구멍(2)의 상부에 볼트구멍(3)을 형성하며, 수평면 후방에 볼트구멍(4)을 형성하여 상기 수평면을 테이블(100)에 얹어놓고, 볼트구멍(4)에 볼트(5)를 체결하여 홀더(1)를 고정시킨후, 상기 삽입구멍(2)에 다이아몬드 팁(6)을 부착한 드레셔(7)를 삽입하고, 볼트구멍(3)에 볼트(8)를 체결하여 상기 드레셔(7)가 움직이지 못하도록 고정했다.Generally, most widely used grinding machines use stone grinding wheels.
