Abstract

본 고안은 컨넥터가 일체로 된 안개등용 더스트 캡(DUST CAP)에 관한 것으로, 전면 안개의 더스트 캡과 컨넥터를 일체로 구성하여 구조를 단순화하고 긴밀성을 좋게 하여 누수의 발생을 억제하며 작업이 용이하도록 한 컨넥터가 일체로 구비된 안개등용 더스트 캡에 관한 것으로, 더스트 캡의 일측에 컨넥터를 일체로 구비하여 된 구성이다.

본 고안은 컨넥터가 일체로 된 안개등용 더스트 캡(DUST CAP)에 관한 것으로, 전면 안개등의 더스트 캡과 컨넥터를 일체로 구성하여 구조를 단순화하고 긴밀성을 좋게 하여 누수의 발생을 억제하며 작업이 용이하도록 한 컨넥터가 일체로 구비된 안개등용 더스트 캡에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 전면에 설치되는 안개등의 더스트 캡은 제1도에 도시된 바와같이 컨넥터(12)가 별도로 연결되어 있어 컨넥터(2)가 그대로 방치되어 누수현상과 컨넥터(12)가 차체와 부딪쳐 소음발생 및 컨넥터(12)가 파손되는 문제점이 제기되었다.
또한 안개등(10)의 전구교환은 상기 더스트 캡을 탈거한 후 전구교환 작업을 수행하는 것으로 안개등(10)본체에서 더스트 캡(11)을 탈거하기 위해서 더스트 캡(11)의 외측에 별도의 손잡이(13)를 구비하여야 하는 문제점이 있으며 구비된 손잡이(13) 때문에 외관이 미려하지 못한 문제점이 제기되었다.
따라서 본 고안은 상기와 같은 여러 가지 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 더스트 캡에 컨넥터가 일체로 구성하여 소음발생 및 컨넥터의 파손을 방지하도록 하였으며 별도의 손잡이가 필요없이 일체로 된 컨넥터가 손잡이 기능까지 수행할 수 있는 컨넥터가 일체로 된 램프용 더스트 캡을 제공하는데 본 고안의 목적이 있는 것으로, 첨부된 도면에 의하여 본 고안의 구성 및 작용효과를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제 2 도는 본 고안에 따른 컨넥터가 일체로 더스트 캡의 사용상태를 보인 사시도이며, 제 3 도는 본 고안인 컨넥터가 일체로 된 더스트 캡의 단면도로서 도시된 바와같이 안개등(3)의 본체에 착탈가능한 구조로 삽입 설치되는 더스트 캡(1)에 있어서, 더스트 캡(1)의 일측면에 배선연결용 컨넥터가 일체로 구비되어 더스트 캡(1)의 탈거시 손잡이로도 사용가능하도록 된 구성이다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
더스트 캡(1)의 일측에 일체로 구비된 컨넥터(2)는 컨넥터(2)가 일체로 고정되어 있어 컨넥터(2)의 연결작업이 용이하며 더스트 캡(1)의 착탈을 위한 별도의 손잡이가 필요치 않은 것이다.
상기와 같이 된 본 고안인 컨넥터가 일체로 된 더스트 캡은 일체로 된 컨넥터의 배선연결작업이 용이하며 컨넥터를 고정시키기 위한 별도의 고정수단이 필요치 않으며 일체로 된 컨넥터의 작용으로 소음발생 및 컨넥터의 파손을 미연에 방지할 수 있으며 안개등의 전구교환시 더스트 캡의 탈거를 위한 손잡이로도 사용할 수 있는 매우 유용한 고안이다.
또한 컨넥터가 일체로 구비된 더스트 캡의 사용범위를 안개등만 국한 되는 것이 아니라 약간의 변경만으로 다른 램프등에도 사용할 수 있음을 첨언한다.

  1. 안개등(3)의 본체에 착탈가능한 구조로 삽입설치되는 더스트 캡(1)에 있어서, 더스트 캡(1)의 일측에 배선연결용 컨넥터(2)가 일체로 구비되어 더스트 캡(1)의 탈거시 손잡이로 사용가능하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 컨넥터가 일체로 된 안개등용 더스트 캡(DUST CAP).
