Abstract
본 고안은 상수도용 부동전의 개량에 관한 것으로 개폐동작이 확실하고 사용이 편리한 것으로 밸브하체(1)와 밸브상체(2)를 나사조임으로 결합하여 내부에 밸브실(가)을 형성하고 그 속에 개폐기를 설치하여 급수로와 퇴수로를 형성시키는 일반적인 상수도용 부동전에 있어서, 밸브하체(1)의 중간단턱(102)에 탄성체로 성형된 밸브시이트(3)를 안착시켜 중앙통공부(301)상면을 나팔형 요입홈(302)으로 만들어 통공부에서 요입홈의 내표면에 이르는 수개(3∼4개)의 급수홈(303)을 음각시키고 급수홈(303)과 급수홈(303)사이에 퇴수구(7)를 뚫어 밸브하체(1)에 뚫어진 퇴수공(104)과 연통되게 하고 밸브시이트 중앙통공부(301)로 삽통되는 승강작동봉(14)의 하측에 나팔형요입홈(302)에 결합하는 팽이형의 개폐구(5)를 부착하여 코일스프링(6)에 의거 하향으로 타압되게 구성시키고 밸브시이트의 중앙통공부(301) 하측에 접촉부(305)를 형성하여 승강작동봉 하단에 스프링(10)의 탄력을 받으면서 보울트(9)로 체결한 나팔형 개폐구(8)가 접촉되게 하여 개폐작동이 용이하면서 급수와 퇴수가 정확하게 한 것임.The present invention relates to the improvement of floating power for water supply. 이와같이된 본 고안은 제5도에 예시한 바와 같이 밸브하체(1)의 유입구(103)에 상수도급수관(11)를 결합하고 밸브상체(2)의 연결부에 통수관(12)을 결합하여 통수관(12)의 상단으로 승강작동봉(4)을 노출시켜 개폐손잡이(13)를 장치하여 상하개폐구 (5) (8)를 개폐시키는 것인데 본 고안의 부동전은 승강작동봉(4)을 하향시켜 밸브시-트(3)의 나팔형요입홈(302)에 팽이형개폐구(5)가 밀착되면 나팔형요입홈(302)의 표면과 팽이형개폐구(5)가 밀접하므로 퇴수구(7)를 폐쇄되고 밸브시이트의 하단접촉부(305)와 나팔형 개폐구(8)가 이간되어 급수홈(303)이 열리게 되므로 급수관(11)을 통해 밸브실(가)에 유입된 수도물이 급수홈(303)을 거처 통수관(12)으로 유통되어 수도콕(13)으로 유출되지만 승강작동봉(4)을 상승시켜 밸브시트의 하단 접촉부(305)를 나팔형 개폐구(8)로 폐쇄시키면 급수관(11)을 통해 공급되는 수도물을 밸브실 하측에서 차단되어 급수가 중지되지만 팽이형 개폐구(5)는 상승하여 나팔형요입홈(302)과 이간되므로 이때 퇴수구(7)가 열리게 되어서 밸브실(가)과 통수관(12)내에 고여있는 수도물이 퇴수구(7)와 퇴수공(104)을 통해 밸브실 외부로 흘러가게 되어 밸브실(가)과 통수관(12)내부는 빈 상태로 되기 때문에 동절에 기온이 급강하되어도 통수관이나 밸브실이 얼지 않도록 되어 안전 사고를 방지할 수 있는 효과를 얻도록 되며 이렇게 하므로서 구조가 간편하고 고장 발생율이 적은 부동전을 얻을 수 있고 밸브시이트(3)와 개폐구(5) (8)의 밀착력이 양호하여 개폐작용이 정확하게 되는 실용적인 제품을 얻는 것이다.The present invention, as illustrated in FIG. 5, combines the water supply pipe 11 to the inlet 103 of the valve lower body 1 and the water supply pipe 12 to the connection portion of the valve upper body 2.
