receiving a request for an authentication action for a user;
creating an authentication target action;
registering a cache listener for a cache containing a filter to listen for target action responses in response to said authentication target action, said filter indicating a list of a plurality of bridges assigned to an on-premises active directory;
randomly selecting one of the plurality of bridges and sending the authentication target action to the active directory via the selected bridge;
waiting for a cache callback;
receiving, in said cache callback, a target action response including a result of said authentication action.
