Claims (34)

(c) a Cas9 protein , or a nucleotide sequence encoding said Cas9 protein , and (d) one or more Cas9 gRNA scaffolds , or a nucleotide sequence encoding said one or more Cas9 gRNA scaffolds.
A CRISPR-Cas system comprising one or more vectors encoding a composition comprising : said one or more vectors comprising at least one bidirectional promoter .
