Abstract
Description
JIS K7161−1(ISO 527−1)に準じて,試験片が破壊に至るまで試験片を主軸(長さ方向)に沿って一定速度で引っ張り,試験片にかかる力を測定した。試験中に観察される最初の最大応力を引張強さ(単位はMPa)とした。
JIS K7171(ISO 178)に準じて,断面が長方形の試験片を二つの支持台に載せ,中央部分に圧子で力を加え,たわませる。試験片の最大ひずみが5%に達するか,外表面が破壊するかのいずれかが起こるまで,支点間中央部を一定速度でたわませ,試験片に加えた力を測定した。試験片が耐えることができた最大曲げ応力を曲げ強さ(単位はMPa)とした。
JIS K7181(ISO 604)に準じて,試験片を主軸に沿って一定の速度で圧縮したときに試験片が受ける力を測定した。ポリプロピレンは圧縮破壊しないので10%の圧縮歪みが生じたときに試験片に負荷される圧縮力を試験片の初期断面積で除した値を圧縮応力(単位はMPa)とした。
JIS K7204(ISO 9352)に準じて摩耗試験機を用いて試験片を研削した。研削前の試験片の重量から研削後の試験片の重量を減算し,これを摩耗量(単位はmg/1000回)とした。
試験片の断面を電子顕微鏡で観察し,長径が 100マイクロメートル以上のセルロースナノファイバの凝集体が1平方ミリメートルあたりに何個あるかを確認した。
ワイヤロープ10をロープ疲労試験機にセットし屈曲試験を行った。屈曲試験を終えたワイヤロープ10の素線の状態を確認し,素線の10%以上に断線を生じていたものを断線とした。

Claims (7)
- 金属製の心ロープと,心ロープの外周面に被覆された被覆層と,上記被覆層が被覆された心ロープの外周面に巻き付けられた複数本の金属製の側ストランドとを備え,
上記被覆層が母材樹脂にセルロースナノファイバを配合した複合樹脂からつくられている,
ワイヤロープ。 - 心材と,心材の外周面に巻き付けられた複数本の金属製の側ストランドとを備え,
上記心材が母材樹脂にセルロースナノファイバを配合した複合樹脂からつくられている,
ワイヤロープ。 - 隣り合う側ストランドの間にスペーサが配置されており,上記スペーサが上記複合樹脂からつくられている,
請求項1または2に記載のワイヤロープ。 - 上記複合樹脂における上記セルロースナノファイバの含有量が5wt%〜50wt%である,
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤロープ。 - 上記母材樹脂が,ポリエチレン,ポリプロピレン,ポリウレタン,ポリアミド,ポリフェニレンエーテル,ポリオキシメチレン,ポリエステル,ポリラクタム,フッ素およびエポキシのいずれかである,
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤロープ。 - ワイヤロープがかけられる溝が外周部に形成された金属製のシーブであって,
上記溝の表面に,母材樹脂にセルロースナノファイバを配合した複合樹脂が設けられている,
シーブ。 - ワイヤロープが巻き回される胴部を備える金属製のドラムであって,
