Claims (15)
(a)ポリオレフィン及びエラストマーを備え、前記組成物の総重量に対して、80重量%~95重量%の量で前記組成物中に存在し、
(i)2つ以上のポリプロピレンホモポリマーの配合物と、プロピレンモノマー及びエチレンモノマーの任意の組み合わせを含むポリマー鎖を有するプロピレン-エチレン共重合体とを含み、前記組成物の総重量に対して、40重量%~65重量%の量で存在するポリオレフィン、及び
(ii)前記組成物の総重量に対して、25重量%~45重量%の量で存在するエラストマー(但し、上記(i)におけるプロピレン-エチレン共重合体を除く)
を備える熱可塑性オレフィン樹脂と、
(b)カーボンファイバーを含み、前記組成物の総重量に対して1重量%~15重量%の量で存在する充填剤成分と、
(c)前記組成物の総重量に対して、0.5重量%~10重量%の量で存在する相溶化剤と、
(d)前記組成物の総重量に対して、0.5重量%~10重量%の量で存在する添加剤パッケージとを含み、
前記組成物は、0.90g/cm3~0.98g/cm3の密度を有する組成物。 A composition comprising:
(a) comprising a polyolefin and an elastomer, present in said composition in an amount of 80% to 95% by weight relative to the total weight of said composition;

(b) a filler component comprising carbon fibers and present in an amount of 1% to 15% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition;
(c) a compatibilizer present in an amount of 0.5% to 10% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition;
(d) an additive package present in an amount of 0.5% to 10% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition;
The composition has a density of 0.90 g/cm 3 to 0.98 g/cm 3 .

melt mixing components (a) (b) (c) and (d) to form a composition, said components (a) (b) (c) and (d) comprising:
(a) comprising a polyolefin and an elastomer, present in said composition in an amount of 80% to 95% by weight relative to the total weight of said composition;
(i) a blend of two or more polypropylene homopolymers and a propylene-ethylene copolymer having a polymer chain comprising any combination of propylene and ethylene monomers, wherein, relative to the total weight of said composition: (ii) an elastomer present in an amount of 25% to 45% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition, except propylene in (i) above; - excluding ethylene copolymers)
a thermoplastic olefin resin comprising
(b) a filler component comprising carbon fibers and present in an amount of 1% to 15% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition;
(c) a compatibilizer present in an amount of 0.5% to 10% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition;
(d) an additive package present in an amount of 0.5% to 5% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition;
The composition has a density of 0.90 g/cm 3 to 0.98 g/cm 3 ;
The method wherein said carbon fibers of said filler component are fed downstream.
