Abstract
本発明のタッチセンサ誤検知防止構造によると、特定の構造を有する、貫通路形成部及び突起部を設けることにより、製品の動作時に揺れがあった場合、タッチセンサが誤ってタッチを検知することを防止できる。

Claims (10)
- センサシートの貫通する貫通路形成部が設けられた筐体と、該筐体の内部に取り付けられた回路基板と、前記センサシートにより前記回路基板と電気的に接続されるタッチパネルと、を含む電子機器に設けられるタッチセンサ誤検知防止構造において、
前記貫通路形成部の平面視からして両側部の内面に、前記センサシートの両側部の一部での動きを制限できるように、所定の高さだけ突出して設けられた突起部が形成されていることを特徴とするタッチセンサ誤検知防止構造。 - 前記貫通路形成部の貫通路は、平面視からして矩形の構造を有し、且つ、前記センサシートの幅に対応する長さを有し、
前記突起部は、平面視からして前記貫通路の4つの隅部に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチセンサ誤検知防止構造。 - 前記センサシートは、
該センサシートの両側部にそれぞれ形成されたグラウンドパターンと、
前記両側部に形成された2つのグラウンドパターンの間に、該グラウンドパターンから所定の距離だけ離れて形成された電極パターンと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチセンサ誤検知防止構造。 - 前記突起部は、前記センサシートのグラウンドパターンの少なくとも一部と接触するように、前記貫通路形成部の平面視からして両側部の内面に、所定の幅をもって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のタッチセンサ誤検知防止構造。
- 前記突起部は、前記センサシートの電極パターンとは1.0mm〜2.0mm離れて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のタッチセンサ誤検知防止構造。
- 前記タッチパネルは、前記筐体の一側に上下往復で摺動可能に設けられており、
前記タッチパネルの下部には、前記回路基板上に取り付けられたスイッチング部材に向ける方向に所定の長さだけ延在するように形成されたスイッチングサポートが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチセンサ誤検知防止構造。 - 前記貫通路形成部は、前記回路基板の上部面と垂直を成す方向に所定の長さだけ延在するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチセンサ誤検知防止構造。
- 前記貫通路形成部の平面視からして両側部の内面に形成された突起部は、貫通路の延在する長さに対応する長さだけ上下方向に延びていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のタッチセンサ誤検知防止構造。
- 前記貫通路形成部の貫通路の長さは、前記センサシートの幅に対し105%〜115%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチセンサ誤検知防止構造。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載のタッチセンサ誤検知防止構造を含むことを特徴とする電子機器。
