Claims (6)
- 検知対象物の搬送路に磁界を形成する磁石と、
前記磁界の変化を抵抗値の変化として出力する磁気抵抗効果素子と、
前記磁石の一面及び前記磁気抵抗効果素子の一面を前記搬送路に対向させる向きで、前記磁石及び前記磁気抵抗効果素子を収納または保持するケースと、
少なくとも前記磁気抵抗効果素子の前記一面を覆い、前記搬送路に沿った搬送路面を形成するカバーと、
前記搬送路面と交差する交差面に沿って配置された信号増幅ICを有し、前記搬送路面を搬送される前記検知対象物による前記磁界の変化に応じた、前記磁気抵抗効果素子が出力する前記抵抗値の変化を前記信号増幅ICにより増幅する信号増幅基板と、
を備えた磁気センサ装置。 - 前記ケースは、前記搬送路に対向する面以外の面を磁気シールドに覆われ、
前記信号増幅基板は、前記交差面である前記ケースの外面に固定される、
請求項1に記載の磁気センサ装置。 - 前記信号増幅ICは、前記ケースと前記磁気シールドとの間に配置される、
請求項2に記載の磁気センサ装置。 - 前記信号増幅ICは、前記磁気シールドと前記信号増幅基板とに接触したスペーサによって、確保される空間に配置される、
請求項3に記載の磁気センサ装置。 - 前記スペーサは、前記ケースに前記信号増幅基板を固定するねじの、ねじ頭である、
請求項4に記載の磁気センサ装置。 - 前記磁気抵抗効果素子及び前記信号増幅基板は、前記ケースの前記搬送路に対向する面から、前記交差面である前記ケースの外面に亘って配置された屈曲基板によって接続される、
請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の磁気センサ装置。
