Description
Claims (9)
- 第1太陽電池パネルと、当該パネルの端部に設置された第1フレームと、を有する第1太陽電池モジュールと、
第2太陽電池パネルと、当該パネルの端部に設置された第2フレームと、を有し、前記第1太陽電池モジュールとの間に隙間をあけて当該モジュールの棟側に隣り合って配置される第2太陽電池モジュールと、
屋根に固定され、前記第1太陽電池モジュールの棟側端部に設置された前記第1フレームと前記第2太陽電池モジュールの軒側端部に設置された前記第2フレームとが載せられるマウント金具と、
前記第1フレームと前記第2フレームとに跨って前記隙間に配置され、前記マウント金具に固定されて当該各フレームを上から押え付ける固定金具と、
を備える、太陽光発電装置。 - 前記固定金具を固定するためのボルトが締結されるベース金具を備え、
前記マウント金具は、前記ベース金具を前記屋根の軒棟方向にスライド可能に支持するガイドレール部を有し、
前記固定金具は、前記ガイドレール部に挿入された前記ベース金具を介して前記マウント金具に固定されている、請求項1に記載の太陽光発電装置。 - 前記第1フレームは、前記第1太陽電池モジュールの内側に張り出した第1内鍔部を有し、
前記ベース金具は、前記マウント金具の上端よりも上方に突出して前記第1内鍔部に係合する係合部を有する、請求項2に記載の太陽光発電装置。 - 前記第2フレームは、前記第2太陽電池モジュールの内側に張り出した第2内鍔部を有し、
前記ベース金具は、前記マウント金具の上端よりも上方に突出して前記第2内鍔部の先端と対向配置される棟側立壁部を有する、請求項2又は3に記載の太陽光発電装置。 - 前記ベース金具は、前記マウント金具の上端よりも上方に突出して前記第1太陽電池モジュールと前記第2太陽電池モジュールとの前記隙間に配置される立壁部を有し、
前記固定金具には、前記立壁部が挿入されるスリットが形成されている、請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の太陽光発電装置。 - 前記ボルトを前記ベース金具の締結部にガイドするガイド部材を備え、
前記ガイド部材は、前記ベース金具上に配置されて前記マウント金具の前記ガイドレール部に挿入されている、請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の太陽光発電装置。 - 前記マウント金具は、前記固定金具を固定するためのボルトの軸部が上を向いて立設するように、前記ボルトの頭部を前記軒棟方向にスライド可能に支持するボルトガイドレール部を有し、
前記固定金具は、前記マウント金具上に立設した前記ボルトの軸部を通す貫通孔を有し、前記貫通孔から上方に突出した当該軸部にレンチ穴付きナットを螺合することで前記マウント金具に固定されている、請求項1に記載の太陽光発電装置。 - 前記第1フレームと前記第2フレームとに跨って前記隙間上に配置され、前記固定金具上に取り付けられるカバーを備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 前記第1フレームは、前記第1太陽電池モジュールの外側に開口した第1外溝を有し、
前記第1外溝に挿し込まれて前記第1フレームに固定されると共に、前記カバーがネジ止めされる支持金具を備える、請求項8に記載の太陽光発電装置。
