Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施の形態に係る車両用前照灯の水平断面図である。車両用前照灯10は、自動車の前端部の右側に搭載される右側前照灯であり、左側に搭載される前照灯と左右対称である以外は同じ構造である。そのため、以下では、右側の車両用前照灯10について詳述し、左側の車両用前照灯については説明を省略する。
第1の実施の形態では、光源から出射した光が配光パターンの中央部を照射する際の第1照射態様と、光源から出射した光が配光パターンの端部を照射する際の第2照射態様と、が異ならせるために、回転リフレクタ26のブレード26aの表面形態を部分的に異ならせている。
回転リフレクタ26の回転によってブレード26aで反射した光で前方を走査する、いわゆるスキャン方式の光学ユニットの場合、可動部があるため、車両用前照灯10の灯室52内で空気の循環が生じる。そこで、ブレード26aや反射ミラー等の可動部を汚損から保護するために、図1に示すように、灯室52内に環境調整部54を設けてもよい。
Claims (5)
- 光源と、
前記光源から出射した光を反射しながら回転軸を中心に回転する回転リフレクタと、を備えた光学ユニットであって、
前記回転リフレクタは、
回転しながら反射した光源の光が配光パターンを形成するように反射面が設けられており、
前記光学ユニットは、光源から出射した光が配光パターンの中央部を照射する際の第1照射態様と、光源から出射した光が配光パターンの端部を照射する際の第2照射態様と、が異なるように構成されていることを特徴とする光学ユニット。 - 前記反射面は、
配光パターンの中央部を照射する光が反射される第1領域と、配光パターンの端部を照射する光が反射される第2領域と、を有し、
前記第1領域の反射率と、前記第2領域の反射率とが異なることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学ユニット。 - 前記反射面は、
配光パターンの中央部を照射する光が反射される第1領域と、配光パターンの端部を照射する光が反射される第2領域と、を有し、
前記第2領域は、光源から出射した光と波長の異なる波長の光を発する波長変換部と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学ユニット。 - 前記反射面で反射された光の一部を受光する受光部と、
前記受光部の出力に基づいて光源から出射される光の出力を制御する制御部と、を更に備え、
前記受光部は、形成される配光パターンを阻害しないように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学ユニット。 - 前記光源および前記回転リフレクタは、
その回転動作により光源から出射した光を照射ビームとして走査することによって配光パターンを形成するとともに、
前記第1照射態様および前記第2照射態様において、走査速度を変化させる、または、光源から出射する光の出力を変化させるように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の光学ユニット。
