また毛髪は櫛部7で梳かされ分散し、超音波振動ローラ5の側面と電熱ヒータ24の間に広がり、これに超音波振動が伝わる。その一方で、溶液ミスト吹き出し部8からは、溶液タンク19の溶液たとえばトリートメント液がミストとなって吹き出し毛髪に行き渡る。これに超音波振動が加わり、溶液の成分が毛髪の深部まで浸透する。
電熱ヒータ24に通電した場合は、その熱で毛髪が乾燥しカールなどが形成される。
またLED22を点灯した場合は、毛髪に対しフォトケアができる。

美肌モードのとき把持部3の電熱ヒータ24はオフにするが、毛髪モードのときの余熱が残っている場合は筒状の布カバーで把持部3の全体を覆うと安全快適である。
