Claims (8)
- 液体金属を弾いて濡れない表面とする撥液表面構造を有する、前記液体金属を封入する機構体において、
前記液体金属の表面張力を維持するように前記液体金属と略点接触する微小凸部を母材表面上に多数設けてなることを特徴とする機構体。 - 回転陽極用の流体すべり軸受における軸受隙間と真空の境界部分に適用する液体金属を弾いて濡れない表面とする撥液表面構造を有するX線管装置であって、
前記液体金属の表面張力を維持するように前記液体金属と略点接触する微小凸部を母材表面上に多数設けてなることを特徴とするX線管装置。 - 前記液体金属が、ガリウム/インジウム/スズの合金からなる液体金属であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のX線管装置。
- 前記微小凸部の先端は略球面状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のX線管装置。
- 前記微小凸部の幅及び高さが0.5〜3.0μmの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のX線管装置。
- 前記微小凸部の先端よりも根本側のほうがクロムの含有量が大きいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のX線管装置。
- 多数の前記微小凸部が前記母材表面上に一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のX線管装置。
- クロムを含む鉄系合金に、水蒸気を含む水素雰囲気中で、前記鉄系合金の焼鈍し温度以上で熱処理を施すことにより、前記鉄系合金の表面を、液体金属を弾いて濡れない撥液表面とすることを特徴とする撥液表面の製造方法。
