Description

The present invention relates to a syringe and a chemical liquid injector.

CT(Computed Tomography)スキャナ、MRI(Magnetic Resonance Imaging)装置、PET(Positron Emission Tomography)装置などの被験者の透視画像である断層画像を撮像する透視撮像装置や、CTアンギオ装置、MRA(MR Angio)装置などの被験者の透視画像である血管画像を撮像する医療装置などを使用する際には、被験者に造影剤や生理食塩水などの薬液を注入などすることがある。
CT (Computed Tomography) scanner, MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) apparatus, PET (Positron Emission Tomography) apparatus, and the like, a fluoroscopic imaging apparatus that captures tomographic images that are fluoroscopic images of a subject, a CT angiography apparatus, and MRAo MRA When using a medical device that captures a blood vessel image that is a fluoroscopic image of a subject such as a subject, a medical solution such as a contrast medium or physiological saline may be injected into the subject. The injection of the chemical liquid is performed by pushing the chemical liquid filled in the syringe by the piston and discharging it from the discharge port of the syringe. Conventionally, the following syringe has been proposed. That is, a fixed small cylinder is provided inside the cylinder of the syringe coaxially with the cylinder, and the outer cylinder is a syringe having a donut-shaped space (see FIG. 27 of Patent Document 1). In this syringe, a partition portion and a small plunger are fitted into a fixed small cylinder, and a donut-shaped partition portion and a large plunger are fitted into the cylinder, respectively. A chamber is formed between the partition portion of the fixed type small cylinder and the large plunger, and a donut-shaped chamber is formed between the partition portion of the cylinder and the large plunger, and different injections are accommodated in these chambers ( (See paragraph 0060 of Patent Document 1).
JP-A-8-308928 (particularly FIG. 27)

However, since the conventional syringe has a complicated configuration as apparent from the above, it is necessary to take a complicated process when operating the syringe. Hereinafter, the process of operating the conventional syringe will be described.
In the conventional syringe, first, when the pressing portion is pushed and the small plunger is pushed toward the injection needle, the pressure in the chamber rises and the partition portion moves toward the injection needle. The air on the injection needle side of the partition enters the chamber through the through hole and raises the pressure in the chamber. In response to this, the donut-shaped partition also moves to the injection needle side. The air on the left side of the partition is discharged to the outside through the air vent hole. When the partition moves and passes through the through-hole, the injection in the room enters the chamber through the through-hole, and the two injections are mixed. The donut-shaped partition further advances toward the injection needle as the pressure increases (see paragraph 0062 of Patent Document 1).
When the pressing portion of the small plunger overlaps the pressing portion of the large plunger, the large plunger starts to move toward the injection needle together. Thereby, the pressure in the chamber further rises, and the donut-shaped partition portion eventually moves to the left side of the through hole, and the chamber and the injection needle are in communication with each other via the through hole and the terminal communication portion. In this state, the needle is directed upward, the room air is discharged from the injection needle to the outside, and then injection is performed. The space from the through hole to the needle should be made as small as possible so that the remaining amount of the injection solution is as small as possible (see paragraph 0063 of Patent Document 1).
As described above, since the conventional syringe has a complicated configuration, there is a problem that it is necessary to take a complicated process when operating the syringe.
Then, an object of this invention is to provide the syringe and chemical | medical solution injection | pouring apparatus which can inject | pour or suck a several chemical | medical solution easily with a structure simpler than the conventional syringe.

According to the present invention, the above-described problem is solved by the following means.

The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a syringe 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of the syringe 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the syringe 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes an outer cylinder 200 and an inner cylinder 300. Although the present invention does not limit the positional relationship between the outer cylinder 200 and the inner cylinder 300, if the outer cylinder 200 and the inner cylinder 300 are concentric, there is a bias in the injection of the chemical solution from the outer cylinder 200. Since it can prevent, it is preferable.
The inner cylinder 300 is supported by the outer cylinder 200 by the support member 400 and does not move unnecessarily in the outer cylinder 200. The support member 400 can be provided at an arbitrary position. However, if the support member 400 is provided on the side opposite to the discharge port 500, the movement of the outer cylinder piston 700 is hindered, and the amount of the chemical injected from the outer cylinder 200 is reduced. It will be restricted. Therefore, it is preferable that the support member 400 is provided on the discharge port 500 side, particularly on the distal end portion of the inner cylinder 300, like the syringe 100 according to the present embodiment. Even in this case, the portion of the inner cylinder 300 opposite to the discharge port 500 is sandwiched between the outer cylinder piston 700 and the inner cylinder piston 800, and thus moves greatly with respect to the outer cylinder 200. Is prevented. In addition, since the support member 400 has the through-hole 410, the movement of the chemical solution is not blocked by the support member 400.
A valve 600 is provided at the tip of the inner cylinder 300 to prevent the back flow of the chemical solution.
The outer cylinder piston 700 and the inner cylinder piston 800 are independent, and the chemical liquid can be injected and sucked only by the outer cylinder piston 700, or the chemical liquid can be injected and sucked only by the inner cylinder piston 800. It is possible.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the outer cylinder piston 700 and the inner cylinder piston 800 are formed to have flat ends, but the outer cylinder piston 700 and the inner cylinder piston 800 are arbitrarily formed. There is no particular limitation. The tip shapes of the outer cylinder piston 700 and the inner cylinder piston 800 can be formed in a mountain shape as shown in FIG. 3, for example, and the force required to inject the chemical can be reduced.
In addition, lock portions 710 and 810 such as notches and fitting irregularities are provided on the surface opposite to the discharge port 500 side of the outer cylinder piston 700 and the inner cylinder piston 800, and a chemical solution injection device (FIG. If it is locked with a presser (not shown) or the like, the outer cylinder piston 700 and the inner cylinder piston 800 can be pulled as well as pushed.

ここで、造影剤とは、CT(Computed Tomography)スキャナ、MRI(Magnetic Resonance Imaging)装置、PET(Positron Emission Tomography)装置などで被験者の透視画像である断層画像を撮像する場合に使用されるものや、CTアンギオ装置やMRA(MR Angio)装置などで被験者の透視画像である血管画像を撮像する場合に使用されるものである。
