Description

本発明は骨伝導スピーカを用いた受話装置、より詳細には、眼鏡着用者のための骨伝導スピーカを用いた受話装置に関するものである。   The present invention relates to a receiving device using a bone conduction speaker, and more particularly to a receiving device using a bone conduction speaker for a spectacle wearer.

An earphone generally used as a receiving device transmits sound generated from a sound pressure speaker to a human eardrum by air vibration, and is used in a state where a distal end portion is inserted into the ear canal and the ear canal is blocked.
When using these types of earphones, the external auditory canal is blocked, making it difficult to hear the surrounding sounds, creating danger while driving the vehicle, and unintentional loudness during conversation. There are inconveniences. Further, in a hot and humid environment, the inside of the ear canal is stuffy and uncomfortable, which is not preferable in terms of hygiene.
As a means for listening to sound without blocking the external auditory canal, there is a receiving device using a bone conduction speaker such as a type that pinches a part of the pinna or a type that is attached to a band around the head or neck. In the case of a receiver using a bone conduction speaker, when a spectacle wearer uses it, it feels uncomfortable by touching the temple part or modern part (cell tip) of the spectacles, or in the worst case, The glasses may be misaligned and even difficult to use at the same time.
Therefore, as a receiver for eyeglass wearers, there has been proposed an apparatus for fixing a bone conduction speaker to a spectacle vine as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-151292 (Patent Document 1). The type disclosed in this Patent Document 1 is such that a bone conduction speaker is attached to the tip of the vine of the glasses or a part of the vine of the glasses is a bone conduction speaker. In the former case, Depending on the modern shape, the vibration surface of the bone conduction speaker does not always come into contact with a desired location, and there is a high possibility that the vibration surface will come off due to intense movement, which is not practical. Further, in the latter case, there is a problem in that a part of the vine of the spectacle is made into a bone conduction speaker, which is a special structure, which is expensive and the design of the spectacle itself is limited.
Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2005-151292 Japanese Patent No. 3556151

The present invention has been made in view of the problems in the case where a spectacle wearer uses the above-described conventional earphone using a bone conduction speaker. Even though the eyeglass wearer uses a bone conduction speaker, the present invention has been made. It is an object of the present invention to provide a receiving device using a bone conduction speaker that does not feel uncomfortable during use, and can be used by attaching to a temple or modern eyeglasses regardless of its shape.
The invention according to claim 1 for solving the above-mentioned problems comprises a bone conduction speaker and a fixing means for making the bone conduction speaker removable from a temple of glasses. It is a receiving device using a bone conduction speaker characterized in that it is always urged to come into contact with a slightly front part of the tragus.
According to a second aspect of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problem, the fixing means is a tube member for inserting a temple of glasses, and the bone conduction speaker is fixed near the insertion end of the tube member. It is energized by being attached to the shaft portion through a torsion coil spring.
In the invention according to claim 3 for solving the above-mentioned problem, the fixing means is a detent member that has a flat portion that comes into contact with the temporal region and is fitted to a temple of glasses. The bone conduction speaker is urged by being attached to a shaft portion fixed to the detent member via a torsion coil spring.
[The invention's effect]
The present invention is configured as described above, and is used by directly attaching to the modern or temple of the glasses, so that the glasses do not shift in contact with the modern or temple, and can be used comfortably for a long time, Regardless of the temple's temple or modern shape, it can be used by attaching it to existing glasses and is versatile. The bone conduction speaker is always biased to contact the skull part slightly ahead of the tragus. Therefore, there is an effect that the voice can be received clearly without impairing the characteristics of the bone conduction speaker.

Next, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. A receiving device using a bone conduction speaker according to the present invention includes a bone conduction speaker 1 and fixing means for making the bone conduction speaker 1 removable from a temple of glasses.
First, the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 will be described. The fixing means in the first embodiment is a tube member 2 for inserting a glass vine (usually a cell tip portion called a modern 21). The tube member 2 is made of rubber or resin and has an appropriate elasticity, and is usually opened only on the side where the modern 21 is inserted (modern insertion port 3), and has a bent shape like the modern 21.
The bone conduction speaker 1 is installed so as to be rotatable with respect to the tube member 2 through a shaft portion 4 fixed near the modern insertion port 3. For example, the shaft portion 4 is made of resin, and includes a fixed portion 5 that is integrated with the tube member 1 and does not rotate, and a rotating portion 6 that is pivotally supported by the fixed portion 5. The bone conduction speaker 1 is integrated with the rotation unit 6.
For example, the fixing part 5 is divided into two parts, and the rotating part 6 is sandwiched between them, and the supporting part 7 is passed through the rotating part 6 from one fixing part 5 to the other fixing part 5. The rotation part 6 can be rotated about the shaft (see FIG. 3).
A torsion coil spring 8 is disposed in the rotating portion 6 so as to be wound around the support shaft 7. One end 8 a of the torsion coil spring 8 exits from the rotating portion 6 and faces and is fixed to the lower surface thick portion 2 a of the tube member 2, and the other end 8 b is fixed in the rotating portion 6.
Thus, the bone conduction speaker 1 is held in an inclined state with respect to the tube member 2 by the torsion coil spring 8 in an unloaded state (FIG. 3), and the bone conduction speaker 1 is always coiled even when pressed against the side of the head in use. In order to return by the action of 8, the bone conduction speaker 1 always abuts against the front part of the tragus 23 on the side of the head at an appropriate pressure (FIG. 2).
The bone conduction speaker 1 includes a case 9 integrated with the rotating unit 6 and a bone conduction speaker main body 10 housed in the case 9. The bone conduction speaker main body 10 is connected to a lead wire 11 for inputting an audio signal or an audio signal to the drive coil, and the lead wire 11 is taken out from the case 9.
Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5. In this second embodiment, the bone conduction speaker fixing means is a detent member 14 that has a flat portion 15 that comes into contact with the temporal region and is fitted to a temple of glasses. The anti-rotation member 14 is made of resin, wood, or metal, and has a curved portion 16 that follows the vertical flat portion 15. The gap 17 between the end portion of the curved portion 16 and the vertical flat portion 15 can be widened. By expanding the gap 17 and inserting the modern 21 or the temple 22, the anti-rotation member 14 is suspended from the glasses. To fix.
In the case of the second embodiment, the fixing portion 5 is fixed to the thick portion 16a on the bottom surface of the bending portion 16 by integral molding or adhesion, and the one end 8a of the torsion coil spring 8 comes out of the rotating portion 6 and is thick. It faces the part 16a and is fixed there. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.
The operation of the second embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment, and the bone conduction speaker 1 is held in an inclined state with respect to the anti-rotation member 14 by the torsion coil spring 8 in an unloaded state (FIG. 5). In use, the bone conduction speaker 1 always tries to return by the action of the coil spring 8 even if it is pressed against the side of the head. (Fig. 4).
Although the present invention has been described in some detail with respect to its most preferred embodiments, it will be apparent that a wide variety of different embodiments can be constructed without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, the invention being defined by the appended claims. It is not restricted to the specific embodiment other than limiting in.
