In a conventional elevator apparatus, as described in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 51-37450, devices such as a hoisting machine, a speed governor, a control panel, and power supply equipment are mounted on a series of bases. It was installed in a plane. However, since each device is installed in the machine room with a maintenance and inspection space, the required floor area of the machine room is increased. And since the increase in the floor area of the machine room becomes a factor of restrictions on the layout of the building, it has been desired to reduce the floor area of the machine room.
Therefore, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-162558 discloses that a fixing bracket is fixed to a side wall of a machine room and a control panel is attached to the fixing bracket. The control panel is configured to be openable and closable integrally with the front surface and the front surface side of the upper surface, and the maintenance operation is performed by opening and closing the control panel. However, since the control panel is attached to the side wall of the machine room, other equipment cannot be installed in the vicinity of the control panel from the viewpoint of maintenance and inspection space. Accordingly, the space on the lower side of the control panel is not effectively used, and the floor area of the machine room is increased accordingly.
Further, for example, in JP-A-61-221075, a control panel is installed in a machine room so as to be movable in a horizontal direction between a first position close to the hoisting machine and a second position spaced from the hoisting machine. It is shown. Then, the control panel is moved to the second position, the hoisting machine is inspected and the control panel is moved to the first position, and the control panel is inspected. However, it is necessary to secure a space for the control panel located at the second position, and it becomes impossible to install other devices in the movement space of the control panel, and the floor area of the machine room cannot be reduced.
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
Embodiment 1 FIG.
1 is a plan view schematically showing a machine room of an elevator apparatus according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view schematically showing a machine room of the elevator apparatus according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. It is.
1 and 2, the machine room 2 is provided in the upper part of the hoistway 1 in which a car (not shown) moves up and down. A machine table beam 4 is installed on the floor of the machine room 2 via the support table 3. Further, a hoisting machine base 5 is assembled on the machine base beam 4, and a hoisting machine 6 is installed on the hoisting machine base 5.
The main rope 7 is wound around a sheave of the hoisting machine 6 and is suspended in the hoistway 1. Then, one of the main ropes 7 suspended in the hoistway 1 is hung on a car suspension car (not shown) and folded, and the end thereof is fixed to the leash 8. The other of the main ropes 7 suspended in the hoistway 1 is hung on a counterweight suspension wheel (not shown) and folded back, and the end thereof is fixed to the leash 9.
Furthermore, in the machine room 2, a speed governor 10, a power supply facility 11, an attached electrical equipment facility 12, and the like are installed.
The control panel 13 is a box having a rectangular parallelepiped shape (height>width> depth), in which equipment for elevator operation is housed. The front surface 13a of the control panel 13 is configured to be openable and closable by a hinge or the like, and serves as a maintenance surface. In addition, a pair of mounting brackets 14 are erected at a central portion in the depth direction of the upper surface 13 b of the control panel 13 so as to be separated in the width direction of the control panel 13. Further, the hook 15 is attached to the center in the width direction of the bottom surface 13 c of the control panel 13.
A pair of fixing brackets 16 are fixed to the ceiling 2a of the machine room 2 with a predetermined distance therebetween, and a rotating shaft 17 as a horizontal axis is installed between the pair of fixing brackets 16 with the axis as the horizontal axis. The mounting bracket 14 is rotatably attached to the rotating shaft 17. As a result, the control panel 13 is rotatably supported around the rotation shaft 17 and attached to the ceiling 2a. Therefore, the control panel 13 is rotated around the rotation shaft 17, and the back surface 13 d is moved from the storage position along the ceiling 2 a of the machine room 2 (position indicated by a solid line in FIG. 2) and the ceiling 2 a of the machine room 2. A maintenance inspection position (a portion indicated by a hatched line in FIG. 1 and a position indicated by a dotted line in FIG. 2) is taken.
At this time, when the control panel 13 is in the storage position, the positional relationship among the mounting bracket 14, the fixing bracket 16 and the rotating shaft 17 is set so that the back surface 13d of the control panel 13 does not collide with the ceiling 2a of the machine room 2. ing. Further, the control panel 13 is arranged so as not to interfere with the hoisting machine 6 when the control panel 13 is in the maintenance inspection position. Furthermore, the axial center direction of the rotating shaft 17 is made parallel to the extending direction of the machine base beam 4 so that the control panel 13 does not overlap the hoisting machine 6 in the vertical direction. That is, the control panel 13 is disposed so as to avoid the vertical direction above the installation area of the hoisting machine 6.
A take-up sheave 18 having a hand-wound handle 19 as a drive unit is attached to the side wall 2b of the machine room 2 facing the bottom surface 13c of the control panel 13 in the storage position, and the turning sheave 20 is connected to the take-up sheave 18 and It is attached to the ceiling 2 a of the machine room 2 so as to be positioned between the hook 15. The hook 15, the take-up sheave 18 and the turning sheave 20 are located on the same vertical plane, and the axes of the rotating shaft 17, the take-up sheave 18 and the turning sheave 20 are parallel to each other. A wire 21 as a pulling member wound around the take-up sheave 18 is fed out and passed over the turning sheave 20, and the tip is fixed to the hook 15. Further, although not shown in the drawing, the claw wheel is integrally attached to the take-up sheave 18, the feed claw is attached to the mounting bracket of the take-up sheave 18, the feed claw is engaged with the claw wheel, and the take-up sheave 18 is It is configured to prevent rotation in the wire feeding direction. A one-way clutch is constituted by the feed claw and the claw wheel. Here, the winding sheave 18, the manual winding handle 19, the turning sheave 20, and the wire 21 constitute a rotating mechanism.
In the figure, reference numeral 22 denotes an entrance / exit of the machine room 2, and M denotes an operator.
In the elevator apparatus configured as described above, the wire 21 is normally wound around the winding sheave 18, and the control panel 13 is positioned at the storage position along the ceiling 2 a of the machine room 2. Then, the feed claw is engaged with the claw wheel of the winding sheave 18, the rotation of the winding sheath 18 in the wire feeding direction is prevented, and the control panel 13 is held at the storage position. The control panel 13 in this storage position takes a posture in which the front surface 13a is horizontal, and the lower space of the control panel 13 is widened. Therefore, the worker M can enter the machine room 2 through the doorway 22 and can inspect other equipment without being affected by the control panel 13.
During maintenance and inspection of the control panel 13, the operator M releases the engagement state between the claw wheel and the feed claw of the winding sheave 18 and operates the manual winding handle 19 to feed the wire 21. As a result, the control panel 13 rotates around the rotation shaft 17 and moves to the maintenance inspection position that hangs down from the ceiling 2 a of the machine room 2. The control panel 13 located at this maintenance / inspection position takes a vertical posture in which the longitudinal direction (height direction) of the front surface 13a is vertical. Therefore, the worker M opens the front surface 13a of the control panel 13 and performs maintenance inspection work. When the maintenance inspection is completed, the front surface 13a of the control panel 13 is closed, and the wire winding handle 19 is operated to wind the wire 21 around the sheave 18. At this time, the winding sheave 18 smoothly rotates in the wire winding direction, and the rotation in the wire feeding direction is prevented by the engagement between the feed claw and the claw wheel of the winding sheave 18, and the control panel 13 is drooped unexpectedly. Is prevented. As a result, the control panel 13 rotates around the rotation shaft 17, and the back surface 13 d returns to the storage position along the ceiling 2 a of the machine room 2.
As described above, according to the first embodiment, the control panel 13 has the storage position in which the back surface 13a extends along the ceiling 2a of the machine room 2 and the maintenance inspection position where the control panel 13 hangs down from the ceiling 2a of the machine room 2. Since it is configured to be movable, it is possible to efficiently use the installation space and maintenance / inspection space of equipment in the machine room 2, and the floor area of the machine room 2 can be reduced. Therefore, the degree of freedom in building layout is increased.
Further, since the height direction of the control panel 13 located at the maintenance inspection position is the vertical direction, the control panel 13 can be inspected and maintained in a normal vertical state, and the maintenance inspection workability is not deteriorated.
Moreover, since the control panel 13 is arranged avoiding the vertical direction above the installation area of the hoisting machine 6 where the height from the floor surface is increased, it is caused by installing the control panel 13 on the ceiling 2a. The increase in the ceiling height can be suppressed, and the rise of the building can be suppressed.
In the first embodiment, the hook 15, the winding sheave 18, and the rolling sheave 20 are disposed so as to be positioned on the same vertical plane. However, the wire 21 between the winding sheave 18 and the rolling sheave 20 is arranged. A rolling sheave may be installed in the path, and the mounting position of the winding sheave 18 may be shifted from the vertical plane. In this case, the freedom degree of the attachment position of the winding sheave 28 can be increased.
In the first embodiment, the turning sheave 20 is attached to the ceiling 2a of the hoistway 2, but the turning sheave 20 is near the ceiling 2a of the side wall 2b facing the bottom surface 13c of the control panel 13 located at the storage position. You may attach to.
Embodiment 2. FIG.
FIG. 3 is a main part perspective view showing the periphery of the drive part of the rotation mechanism in the elevator apparatus according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention.
In FIG. 3, the electric motor 25 is attached to the attachment plate 26 attached to the side wall 2 b of the machine room 2, and the rotational torque of the electric motor 25 is transmitted to the rotary shaft 28 via the speed reduction mechanism portion 27. Yes. The take-up sheave 18 is fixed to the rotary shaft 28. Here, the winding sheave 18, the electric motor 25, the speed reduction mechanism portion 27, and the rotating shaft 28 constitute a drive portion of the rotation mechanism.
The second embodiment is configured in the same manner as in the first embodiment except that the electric motor 25, the speed reduction mechanism unit 27, and the rotating shaft 28 are used instead of the manual winding handle 19.
In the second embodiment, by rotating the electric motor 25, the rotational torque of the electric motor 25 is transmitted to the winding sheave 18 via the speed reduction mechanism 27 and the rotating shaft 28, and the winding sheave 18 is rotationally driven. Is done.
Therefore, by rotating the electric motor 25 in the forward direction, the wire 21 is wound around the winding sheave 18, and the control panel 13 is moved from the maintenance / inspection position to the storage position. Further, by rotating the electric motor 25 in the reverse direction, the wire 21 is fed out from the winding sheave 18, and the control panel 13 is moved from the storage position to the maintenance inspection position.
Therefore, the second embodiment also has the same effect as the first embodiment.
Moreover, in this Embodiment 2, since the electric motor 25 is used as a drive part, the movement work load of the control panel 13 by the operator M is remarkably reduced.
Embodiment 3 FIG.
FIG. 4 is a longitudinal sectional view schematically showing a machine room of an elevator apparatus according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention.
In FIG. 4, a take-up sheave 18 having a hand-wound handle 19 as a drive unit is attached to the side wall 2c of the machine room 2 facing the upper surface 13b of the control panel 13 in the storage position, and the turning sheave 20A is attached to the machine room 2. Is attached to the ceiling 2a of the machine room 2 so as to be located between the side wall 2b and the hook 15, and the rolling sheave 20B is attached to the ceiling 2a of the machine room 2 so as to be located above the winding sheave 18. . The hook 15, the take-up sheave 18 and the turning sheaves 20A and 20B are located on the same vertical plane, and the axes of the rotating shaft 17, the take-up sheave 18 and the turning sheaves 20A and 20B are parallel to each other. In addition, a wire 21 as a pulling member wound around the winding sheave 18 is unwound and passed over the rolling sheaves 20A and 20B, and the tip is fixed to the hook 15. Here, the winding sheave 18, the manual winding handle 19, the rolling sheaves 20A and 20B, and the wire 21 constitute a rotating mechanism.
Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment.
Even in the elevator apparatus configured as described above, it is possible to operate the manual winding handle 19 to wind the wire 21 around the winding sheave 18 and position the control panel 13 at the storage position along the ceiling 2a of the machine room 2. it can. Further, the manual winding handle 19 can be operated to take out the wire 21 from the winding sheave 18, and the operation panel 13 can be positioned at a maintenance inspection position hanging from the ceiling 2a of the machine room 2.
Therefore, also in the third embodiment, the same effect as in the first embodiment can be obtained.
In the third embodiment, it goes without saying that the electric motor 25, the speed reduction mechanism unit 27, and the rotating shaft 28 may be used in place of the manual winding handle 19.
In each of the above embodiments, the wire 21 is used as the pulling member. However, the pulling member is not limited to the wire 21 and, for example, a chain may be used. In this case, the winding sheave 18 and the rolling sheave 20 form tooth portions that mesh with the chain on the outer peripheral portion.
In each of the above embodiments, the control panel 13 positioned at the storage position is arranged so that the back surface 13d faces the ceiling 2a. However, the control panel 13 has the front surface 13a on the ceiling 2a. You may arrange | position so that it may face.
