Description
The present invention relates to a history (traceability) management method capable of managing the use of agricultural chemicals to agricultural products or processed foods, and a storage / managing method of agricultural products in which agricultural chemicals are used.
In recent years, there has been increased interest in residual pesticide concentrations in agricultural products or processed foods. In Japan, agricultural products are cultivated by spraying licensed pesticides on farmland and crops at concentrations within the standard range. However, in other countries, pesticides are used on a different standard from ours, or there are cases where there are no regulations. Therefore, even if agricultural products are properly cultivated in the other countries or processed foods processed from such agricultural products, they have residual pesticide concentrations that do not meet our standards when imported into our country. There was a case. In some cases, unfair labeling is given to agricultural products or processed foods that are not properly cultivated.
However, if agricultural products or processed foods imported into Japan do not meet our standards, we will promptly and appropriately confirm how they are imported and how they are agricultural products or processed foods on the distribution channel. It was difficult. In addition, it has been difficult to quickly and appropriately confirm whether the labels given to agricultural products or processed foods are legitimate or unjust.
Therefore, there has been a demand for a system for accurately and quickly managing the history (traceability) of agricultural products or processed foods.

Hereinafter, a history management method according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
