ているもの(表材b)、と下向きとなつているも
の(裏材c)に分れる。両材を管成形し、幅端を
突合せ溶接した場合その溶接部は、第6図ロ、第
7図ロとなり、それぞれ第6図ハ、第7図ハの如
く仕上げをするが強度的には表材により製作した
方が優れていることが判明している。従つて、高
品質の電縫管を製造するには、帯板の供給姿勢が
常に表材となるよう供給しなければならない。こ
のため電縫管入側設備においてコイルの口開き作
業を行なうコイルオープナは、上出しのコイルと
下出しのコイルを取扱うことになる。

ル外面に接してコイルを回転するスナバロールと
コイル先端を矯正する鼻曲げロールを設けたこと
を特徴とするものである。

け、前記ピーラ5を挾んで上下に互に間隔をおき
対峙する上アーム6と下アーム7の末端に軸8を
連結し、該軸8をフレーム4に支持せしめて前記
上アーム6と下アーム7がそれぞれ軸8を中心に
コイル2の半径方向に回転できるようにし、上ア
ーム6と下アーム7の先端にはコイル2の外周面
に接するスナバロール9と10を、又中間側には
鼻曲げロール11と12をそれぞれ回転自在に設
けると共に、スナバロール9,10を駆動するモ
ータ13,14を各アームに設けて該モータ1
3,14の出力をスプロケツト及びチエーンを介
して前記スナバロール9,10に伝え得るように
し、且つ上アーム6と下アーム7にシリンダ装置
15,16を連結し該シリンダ装置15,16を
フレーム4に支持せしめて該シリンダ装置の作動
により上アームと下アームを所要位置に回動させ
得るようにしている。
