Abstract

Thereby, since metallized layers 3 can be readily formed on both sides of the ceramics sheet 2, the aimed insert ceramics are obtained by a simple apparatus and method. Such insert ceramics 6 are placed between ceramics 7 to be joined and a metal 5 and joined by soldering, etc. As a result, an influence of stress by a difference in thermal expansion from the metal can be well relaxed.
