Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase elasticity and flexibility by laminating an urethane thin- film onto one surface or both surfaces of a base body sheet having elasticity through adhesives using hydrogen bond strength or cohesive force as principal action and forming an expansible composite sheet. CONSTITUTION:Adhesives 2 capable of following the flexibility, elasticity, and stretchability of a base body sheet 1 are applied onto one surface or both surfaces of the base body sheet 1 consisting of a solid rubber sheet or a foamed rubber sheet having flexibility and elasticity, and a polyurethane film 3 is laminated onto the surface of the adhesives 2, thus acquiring an expansible composite sheet. Adhesives 2 not only easily bond the base body 1 and the urethane film but also do not employ primary bond strength as the principal action of adhesive strength, hold elongation and elasticity capable of following flexibility and expansion and contraction damaging no feeling of the base body sheet and have a compounding composition in which adhesives are bonded with both 1, 3 while using cohesive force or hydrogen bond strength by the approximation of a solubility index as principal action.
