Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently and uniformly humidify powder by supplying the liquid for humidification to the powder fluidized by a gas supplying means from a spray nozzle and vibrating the powder having been supplied with the liquid for humidification through the nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A trough 22 is vibrated by a vibrator 29-30, and the powder is supplied to the trough 22 by a powder supplying means 42, 43. A vibrating fluidized bed 21 provided with the gas supplying means 36 fluidizes the powder supplied to the trough 22 by the powder supplying means. The spray nozzle 45 provided on the powder supplying means and/or the trough 22 supplies the liquid for humidification to the powder. As a result, the powder is automatically, efficiently and uniformly humidified in a short time.
