Abstract
PURPOSE:To support a filter body without causing deformation and to simplify the fabrication of the title supporting body by providing radial slits and vertical walls to the annular groove of an upper supporting ring, connecting the vertical part of a strut to each slit end, and placing the inclined part of the strut in a specified section. CONSTITUTION:The supporting body consists of the upper supporting ring 2 provided with the annular groove 5 partitioned by an outer wall 3, a bottom wall 4, and an inner wall 4a, the struts 7, and the lower ring. Radial slits 6 are provided to the annular groove 5 from the outer wall 3 to the bottom wall 4, and the vertical walls 6a are provided on the periphery in succession to the outer wall 3. A strut 7 consists of a vertical part 7c descending down from the end of the slit 6 and an inclined part 7b bent from the lower end of the part 7 and extending downward to the outside. The inclined part 7b is placed in the section surrounded by the perpendiculars drawn from the slit 6 under the annular groove 5.
