Abstract

PURPOSE:To recover the energy of oscillation received by wheels from the road surface during the running of a car body, by using a permanent magnet fitted on an axle performing vertical movement together with the axle, and coils fitted on the can body and performing relative movement to the permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:When vertical oscillation is received from to road surface by wheels during the running of a vehicle, then a cylindrical unit 2 with one end fitted on an axle 1 extending in the vertical direction is guided by a guide rod 5 fitted on the car body in the axial direction, to perform vertical movement to the car body. By the vertical movement, relative movement is performed between a permanent magnet 8 fitted on the cylindrical unit 2 and coils 12 fitted on the car body, and the coils 12 are crossed over a magnetic field formed by the permanent magnet 8 and are moved. As a result, at an electrical output taking-out means set at the coils 12, power generating signal is obtained.
