Abstract

PURPOSE:To relieve phase lag, by constituting an operating means, a lagging means and a multiplying means such that they have differentiating characteristics. CONSTITUTION:A pulse generating means 2 produces a first pulse train corresponding to rotation of a motor. A phase difference measuring means 3 provides a phase difference between the first pulse train and a referential pulse train 9 to a latch means 4. A pulse generating means 10 provides a second pulse train having frequency two times as high as that of the first pulse train to a lagging means 6. The lagging means 6 delays pulses in the second pulse train by single pulse period every time when a pulse arrives, and provides the delayed pulse to a multiplier 7 for multiplying by a predetermined value smaller than 1. An operating means 5 subtracts the output of the multiplying means 7 from the output of the latch means 4, and provides the result as a rotary phase signal for a motor 1. Consequently, phase lag can be relieved, resulting in a high response.
