Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a water feeding to be carried out at any desired time under a desired temperature by a method wherein when an energization time for a heating means is got, water is fed so as to prevent hot water temperature within a hot water tank from being decreased by less than a specified temperature, and after heating operation, if the water reaches a specified temperature, water supply operation is repeated again and the fed water is heated up to a desired amount of hot water. CONSTITUTION:When a mid-night power supplying time has come and an energization of electrical power is detected by an electrical energization sensing means 7, a heater 2 is turned ON if a hot water temperature within a hot water tank 1 is less than a set temperature, and heating operation is continued until its temperature reaches a set temperature. When the hot water temperature is more than the set temperature, the heater 2 is turned OFF, a solenoid valve 81 is opened to feed water. When a hot water temperature is decreased down to such a limit temperature where the hot water can be bed, the solenoid valve 81 is closed and the heating operation is continued until it reaches again the set value. During repetition of this operation, if it is confirmed that an amount of hot water reaches to a predetermined amount of hot water and this state is checked by a water level sensor 42, the solenoid valve 81 is closed and the water feeding is terminated, and if temperature within the hot water tank 1 reaches the desired temperature, the heater 2 is turned OFF. The water feeding control means 8 may prefer signals from a minimum water level sensing means 41 and a full water level sensing means 42 to other signals, so that non-water heating or over-flow of water can be prevented.
