CONSTITUTION:Moving a shift rod 10, in which large force is necessary for a gear shift, by using hydraulic power corresponding to a rotary amount of a motor, the shift rod 10 is constituted providing a stepping motor 16 connected rotating to a control valve 14 controlling an operation amount of a hydraulic drive part 11, and a select rod 7, in which not so large force is necessary, is constituted being directly moved by a stepping motor 8. Accordingly, a small size motor can be applied as the motor 16, while enabling a moving amount of the shift rod 10 and the select rod 7 to be confirmed by a rotary amount of the motors 16, 8 with no necessity for using a stroke detecting switch further with even the easy adjustment capable, the miniaturization of a device can be promoted.
