Abstract

PURPOSE:To maintain a complete binding condition over an extended period of time and to prevent a deformation by binding elastically an end section of a secondary conductor with a secondary core by binding material. CONSTITUTION:A secondary conductor 1 made of aluminum material to which an extrusion molding is applied in a shape of groove and having a stopping recessed section 1c on its end section 1b is placed on the top surface of a secondary core 2 formed in a shape of groove. A stopping member 6 with J side constituted of spring material is mounted to the secondary core 2 by inserting a bolt 8 into the insertion holes 6a through a washer 9 to a nut welded to the secondary core 2. A pushing section 6d is placed at the stopping recessed section 1c of the end section 1b of the secondary conductor 1, and pushing the force is applied elastically to a pushing surface 6 of the pushing section 6d by clamping the bolt 8. Thus, the secondary conductor 1 is bound with the secondary core 2 elastically so that a stabilized binding condition can be maintained over an extended period of time without causing any damage to a pushed surface of the secondary conductor 1, and even in case of temperature variation the expansion of the secondary conductor 1 does not affect its own deformation.
