The adhesiveness between the magnetic layer and the base film is then greatly enhanced by the primer layer and the charge adjusting effect is enhanced as well. The sticking of dust by electrification is thereby prevented and a handling property is improved. The good-quality magnetic recording medium is thus obtd.
