Abstract

PURPOSE: To suitably regulate a capacity in the case of a load change by setting a plurality of zones according to a plurality of pressure set values, and altering a predetermined amount of a deep freezing capacity after a predetermined time different depending upon each zone from a time point of transferring a pressure detected value to the zone. CONSTITUTION: Output voltages of a pressure sensor 12 for detecting suction side pressures of compressors 1, 2 are compared with a first reference pressure, a second reference pressure of about 1/0.8 times as large as the first pressure, a third reference pressure higher by about 0.5 kg/cm<2> or more, fourth to sixth reference pressures set to about 1.2, 1.8 and 2.3 times as large as the third pressure by comparators 17 to 22 via a buffer 16, and input to a microcomputer 32 via gates 30, 31. The microcomputer 32 judges which zones detected pressures belong to, selects corresponding operation modes I to III by a changeover switch 33, changes predetermined amounts of deep freezing capacities of the compressors 1, 2 after a predetermined time set in response to the mode, and operates a blower 4. Thus, a suitable capacity regulation can be conducted with good followability for the pressure change, i.e., load change.
