Abstract
PURPOSE:To easily join with high joining strength by sticking an Sn layer and Pb layer to the respective surface of a joining piece and heating to the specified temp. by abutting the Sn layer and Pb layer. CONSTITUTION:The metal or alloy joining piece having an Sn layer on the surface and the other metal or alloy joining piece having a Pb layer on the surface are closely fitted at the mutual joining parts. And the mutual joining pieces are joined by fusing each layer film by heating at >= the eutectic temp. of the Sn-Pb composition alloy to be formed. The positioning of the joining piece thus becomes sure and easy, it is enabled to select the solder composition to be formed according to the material to be joined and welding conditions and the high joining strength excellent in workability can be obtd.
