PURPOSE:To decrease the labor and the time needed for input of the journalizing data and production of the journalizing slips by using a journalizing data file, a routine journalizing master file and an association relative master file and then selecting a series of journalizing information out of the relative events for production of the journalizing slips. CONSTITUTION:The routine journalizing candidates are retrieved out of a routine journalizing master file M1 storing the journalizing information via the routine journalizing identification codes. Then the necessary information are selected out of those candidates and this selected journalizing information is delivered to a data file D together with the additional information. Then the routine journalizing information is retrieved out of an association relative master file M2 storing the abbreviations and the associative events corresponding to the routine journalizing identification codes based on those abbreviations and associative events. Thus the journalizing slips are produced from the journalizing information stored in the data file D. Thus the input jobs of the journalizing data and the production of the journalizing slips are facilitated.
