Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable amorphous magnetic material to be used for magnetic sheets and realize high-speed rotation, by laminating the magnetic sheets for composing a rotor so that slots may be arranged in parallel with an axis, and by pressing secondary conductor bars in the slots. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 10 is provided with a shaft 11, a rotor core 12, secondary conductor bars 13, and short circuit rings 14, and a stator 15 is provided with a stator core 16 and stator windings 17. The rotor core 12 is composed of a plurality of magnetic sheets 18 made of amorphous magnetic material laminated so that slots 19 may be arranged in parallel with an axis A. In the slots 19 formed on the magnetic sheets 18, the secondary conductor bars 13 are pressed. The stator core 16 is composed of the magnetic sheets 21 of silicon- steel sheets which are laminated with magnetic poles 22 inclined to the axis A. For the magnetic sheets of the rotor, the amorphous magnetic material of high tensile strength material is used, and so the rotor can be rotated at a high speed. The secondary conductor bars 13 are pressed-in and are not cast, and so defects are hardly generated.
