Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase adhesive propertied and corrosion resistance between respective layers by flame spraying pure aluminum to a rough surface treated aluminum alloy layer and then treating the pure aluminum layer with alkali, and then coating the same with a polyolefin layer. CONSTITUTION:Pure aluminum is flame sprayed to a rough surface treated aluminum alloy layer, and then polyolefin is applied on said alkali treated pure aluminum layer to form an aluminum alloy laminated material coated with polyolefin. Since uniform coating is difficult if the coating thickness formed by spraying pure aluminum is too thin, it is proper to make the thickness of 50-200mum. The alkali treatment of the pure aluminum layer can be carried out by, for instance, immersing the pure aluminum layer into caustic soda solution. Coating the pure aluminum layer with polyolefin can be carried out by the polyolefin extrusion coating method or the like.
