Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a porous body with a high sintered density and a high mechanical intensity, by packing the porous body with fine powder prepared by drying a suspension of calcium phosphate compound by a spray-dry method. CONSTITUTION:An organic porous body 13 with successive carries and fine powder 12 of calcium phosphate compound are mixed in a container 11. The mixture in the container 11 is shaked by a shaker 14 and thereby the organic porous body 13 is packed with the fine powder 12. The organic porous body 13 with the fine powder 12 packed is heated and pressure-molded by a pressure- molding machine.
