Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a sun visor having good appearance through a simple manufacturing process by superposing two sheets of skin materials and sewing and blanking these to the contour form of a sun visor to form a bag body with opened one end edge and, after turning the bag body inside out, inserting a core body on which a break is formed on one end edge into the bag body, and folding in the opening edge of a skin bag. CONSTITUTION:Two sheets of skin materials 1 are superposed and sewed to the contour form of a sun visor body and, then, blacked along the contour form of the sun visor body to form a bag body 4 of which one end edge 4a is opened. Then, by turning this bag body 4 inside out through the one end edge opening to form a skin bag 5, into which a core body 6 having a break 8 on one end edge 6b is inserted through an opening edge 5a, and the opening edge 5a of the skin bag 5 is folded into the break 8 sealing the core body 6 inside the skin bag 5, to manufacture a sun visor body. The joined end edge of two sheets of skins is folded inside obtaining a good appearance while also simplifying the manufacture.
