Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten a time for charging change data to a station by automatically deciding an exchange to which the change data is charged and distributing the change data to said exchange by a station managing center on the change data generated in an exchange network. CONSTITUTION:The change data generated in a software center 1 is entered to the station managing center via a communication line and received by a receiving unit 21. The unit 21 transfers the received data to a data base control unit 23 and starts the unit 23. The unit 23 makes access to a data base 24 based on the change data. In the base 24, a station address, software version subscriber information, service conditions, station conditions, charged changed data for every exchange are managed, the unit 23 refers to them to decide the station to which the change data is transmitted and automatically transmit the change data to the proper exchange according to the function of a broadcast communication. In such a way, the time for charging the change data to the station can be shortened.
