Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily collect the sample liquid, and also, to make its collection quantity exact by providing a suction needle operating mechanism for inserting a suction needle leading to a pressure reducing source, into a cap having needle penetrability of a sample container and sucking air in said container. CONSTITUTION:A means for bringing a sample container 30 to reduced pressure consists of a vacuum pump 60, a suction tube 61 leading to the pump 60 a suction needle 62 attached to the tip of the suction tube 61, a pressure reducing valve 66, and a suction needle operating mechanism for inserting and drawing out the suction needle 62 into and from a rubber cap 28 of the container 30. The suction needle operating mechanism is constituted so that the suction tube 61 being in the vicinity of the suction needle 62 is formed by a flexible pipe, and also, a holder 63 for holding the suction needle 62 is brought to reciprocating motion by the operation of a cylinder 65, on a guide plate 64. In such a state, the suction needle 62 is inserted into the cap 28 of the container 30 positioned at the lowest stage of a stacker part 31, and the inside of the container is brought to pressure reduction to prescribed pressure. Subsequently, by inserting an injection needle 22 leading to a sampling tube 2, into the container 3 being in a pressure-reduced state, a sampling liquid is injected by a pressure difference until hydraulic pressure and internal pressure of the container are balanced.
