Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain high reliability and high output by integrating two heat release bodies in an electrically insulated state with a heat release body contacted to both main surfaces of a plate-state positive characteristic thermistor element respectively, and with flange parts formed on the periphery part of two opposite heat release bodies engaged.
