Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce cost by additionally installing output windings to a main transformer and an inductance element respectively, connecting these windings in series and using these windings as an auxiliary power for a control circuit driving and controlling the switching of a switching element. CONSTITUTION:A main winding 2-1 for an inductance element 2, an input winding 3-1 for a main transformer 3 and a switching element 4 are connected in series with both ends of a DC input power 1. The switching element 4 is driven and controlled by a controlling circuit 5. Additional windings 2-2, 3-2 for an auxiliary power respectively affixed and mounted to the inductance element 2 and the main transformer 3 are connected in series, and outputs from these windings are rectified by a rectifier circuit 6, and fed to the controlling circuit 5 as auxiliary supply voltage. Load is supplied with power from an output winding 3-3 for the main winding 3.
