Abstract
PURPOSE:To automatically confirm the caller's information of a call incoming to user's own telephone set by a voice from a line wire by providing a storage circuit to store the caller's information sent from a multifunctional terminal with a display and a voice synthesizing circuit to convert the caller's information read out of the storage circuit into the voice. CONSTITUTION:When a caller's information transmission special number is sent from a multifunctional terminal 10 with a display to reply the call from a caller 12 to an absent called party, the extension telephone number of a multifunctional terminal 11 with the display of the called party and the caller's information sent further successively are received and stored in a caller's information storage circuit 3 and the display to show that the caller's information is stored in the caller's information storage circuit 3 is executed on the display of the multifunctional terminal corresponding to the extension telephone number. On the other hand, when caller's information confirming special number set beforehand is sent from the called party outside, the extension telephone number of the multifunctional terminal 11 or storage position information and the caller's information are read out of the caller's information storage circuit 3, sent to a voice synthesizing circuit 9, converted into the voice and transmitted to a line wire 13.
