Abstract

When a PLL is asynchronized by a fault, the circuit 4 starts low frequency oscillation, so that an alarm signal is outputted. The phase modulator 6 generates its output without modulation and the power amplifier 7 reduces its output. Thereby, a wave such that an adjacent channel is interfered is not sent, and even if such a wave is slightly leaked, probability applying interference is extremely small because it is unmodulated wave.
