Abstract

PURPOSE:To judge whether the vacuum is defective or good by detecting the inner discharge of a vacuum valve with a detecting electrode, detecting the signal generated across a resistor or a parallel circuit of a resistor and a capacitor connected to this electrode, and comparing the discharge signal contained in this signal with the channel power source signal. CONSTITUTION:The discharge signal passing a band pass filter 10 is inverted and amplified by an inversion amplifier 11, a diode 12 and peak holding capacitor 13 receive the output signal of the amplifier 11 and take out only the negative discharge voltage signal. A discharging FET switch 14 charges the discharge signal to the capacitor 13 for each specific phase range of the channel power source voltage signal in which the discharge signal is to be detected. A comparator 16 compares the voltage signal from a reference voltage generator 15 generating the voltage signal as the preset value for comparison and the discharge voltage signal from the capacitor 13 and outputs the discharge signal if it is larger. An AND circuit 17 receives the output of the comparator 16 and the output of a time adjusting circuit 9 and detects whether the channel signal is within the phase range or not.
